'''Goldie the Sunshine Fairy''' is the 11th book in the ''Literature/RainbowMagic'' series, and the 4th in the Weather Fairies subseries. It was released on May 6th, 2004.

While tenting, the girls spot a goblin nearby with Goldie's sunshine feather.

!!Tropes:
* ArtisticLicensePhysics: In real life, if the sun was indeed shining hot enough that corn is popping right off the cob, the girls would both be dead from heat exhaustion.
* ChekhovsGun: Kirsty's dad wears sunglasses because of how bright the sun is. Later, the girls use those sunglasses to trick the goblin into giving up the feather. They place them on his head while he's sleeping, and when he wakes up, he thinks the feather has stopped working because it's gotten "dark" out.
* CoolShades: Kirsty's dad wears a comically large pair of shades in this story.
