* SuperRegistrationAct: The Parapsychic Act is a mixed blessing for psis. On the one hand, it does grant them full legal protection and citizenship (prior to its passage they were commonly underworld commodities), but on the other hand, it also requires them to have a tattoo of their main Talent on their cheek, exposing them to FantasticRacism.
