Clement Mansell, nicknamed the "Oklahoma Wildman", murders crooked Detroit judge Alvin Guy and his girlfriend in cold blood. Exploiting the legal system's holes, Mansell gets off on a technicality and intends to use Guy's notebook as blackmail material.
