* Laws Of Gender Bending: In regard to Lois (Female turned Male) and Marion (Male turned Female):
** FirstLawOfGenderBending: [[spoiler: Marion finally ends up giving up his chance to return to being a male human.]]
** SecondLawOfGenderBending: Downplayed. [[spoiler: While Marion and Lois don't end up turning back, they don't convert either; They both consider themselves to be male and female, respectively, and use the appropriate pronouns despite being in different bodies. It's only species-wise that Marion and Lois sincerely enjoy their new forms over their old forms.]]
** ThirdLawOfGenderBending: Also downplayed. Despite some initial mild angst over what his female body looked like, later art and covers show Marion leaning more into wearing female clothing, even openly wearing a bikini in supplementary art.

* ArborealAbode: Jessica the Opposum lives in one. Well, initially she lives in a hole in a tree with a door and minimal furnishings, but after she's reluctantly made the star of a reality show called Flip That Den, it becomes a fully furnished three-story tower with attic bedroom, solar panels and a rainwater tank. It's so nice that she decides she can't possibly live in it when all the other woodland animals are living in ordinary holes, so it becomes a community home.

* DefeatByTransformation: The recurring antagonist of Thomas Milton is finally taken out of the game for good when he comes into contact with one of Pete's cursed coins and is forcibly transformed into a camel. Shortly after, he's picked up by a local zoo, where he spends the remainder of his life. His cohort, Herman Steward, is similarly transformed, but only becomes more villainous after this.

* CockFight: A particularly brutal one in ''Jungle Fever''. After suppressing his resentment for Jata the entire arc, Fido finally confronts him over his attempting to forcibly wed Sabrina, admiting on live television he's in love with Sabrina, and challenging Jata's right to her. This descends into anarchy as the Wolf Pack get involved with the battle as well, all to even the odds against the OneManArmy that is Jata. Sabrina is distraught most of all by this, and the battle finally ends when she nearly dies after being knocked back into the pool.

* {{Fingore}}:
** In anger at one of the Milton ferret's financial decisions, Thomas Milton crushes a glass in his hand. When he next appears in disguise, he wears a conspicuous bandage around his hand.
** Similarly, in ''Call O' Th' Wild'', Gale puts her hand over Lucretia's mouth to keep her silent, and the wolf bites it hard enough to draw tears from Gale. Again, Gale wears a bandage around the hand in her next appearance, although she very quickly loses it and shows no sign of damage later.
