** Belgen Gunther and Professor Theimer, who Isara refers to as her [[HasTwoMommies "two wonderful fathers"]].

*** In the same game, the [[AlluringAnglerfish Rusalka explicitly]] mate with each other among other things... specifically to [[GirlOnGirlIsHot lure men]].

* ''VideoGame/DevilSurvivor2'': One could make a serious case for Yamato having a severe crush on the Hero (albeit due to his stunted emotional understanding he doesn't view it in those terms). To wit, not only does he make it quite clear he regards the Hero as his most reliable subordinate and has many moments where he drops his {{Jerkass}} manner (as much as he's capable of at least) and acts relatively decent to said, Hero. In fact, he [[spoiler: will flip his shit if you don't pick the Chaos route, even trying to [[MurderTheHypotenuse murder the other good guys]] for "corrupting" the Hero, who he is convinced would join his side again if only the meddling secondary influences were removed]]. The telling part about this behavior is that he really wouldn't NEED your Hero's help explicitly by this point, [[{{Yandere}} he just wants him by his side no matter what.]] And, if you get him to rejoin you, he phrases the way he felt for you as "yearning".

After Lara destroys the central tower and makes a long jump onto the extraction chopper just before the toxin facility explodes, Nadia rests her head on Lara's shoulder for much longer than a standard "I'm glad you're ok" embrace.

** In ''[[VideoGame/CastlevaniaChroniclesOfSorrow Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow]]'', Dmitri implies that Genya wants to protect Soma at least in part due to [[spoiler:affection he still harbors for Dracula]].

* The past survivors' notes in ''VideoGame/ArkSurvivalEvolved'' are loaded with Les Yay tones. [[OneOfTheGuys Mei]] [[AmazonianBeauty Yin]]/[[HotScientist Helena]] are the dominant pair, giving way to Mei Yin/[[GirlsWithGuns Diana]] [[BadassDriver Atlarus]] in ''Aberration'', and the latter become an OfficialCouple in ''Extinction'' after [[spoiler: Helena's death and Diana's respawn]].
