* The end of "Elaine's Secret Admirer". Elaine's kneejerk reaction to finding out Jim was her...um....Secret Admirer was anger and frustration. She ranted that she would never get her "castle". So Jim snuck into her apartment and built her a castle in her living room. While she still gently declined she was genuinely touched by Jim's kind hearted gesture.

** The most heartwarming thing? Jim wasn't particularly infatuated with Elaine, he just felt bad that she was stuck in relationships where she was mistreated and disregarded and, in his own way, wanted to show her that nice genuine guys do still exist.
* Louie ''actually wishing Latka good luck'' in "Latka's Revolting".
** Pretty much '''any''' moment where Louie treats Latka with kindness. In Latka's first ADayInTheLimelight episode "Paper Marriage", Louie attempts to turn Latka in to the immigration officials when they first turn up and ends up getting the (hilarious) silent treatment from him for it, but later Louie convinces them that the titular marriage is going to be legit. After this, ''everybody'' wants to give him a hug, and he pushes them away...but makes an exception for Latka. From there, he plays violin (surprisingly well) at the ceremony the cabbies throw. Earlier, when John points out to him that "If there's anybody you sorta love, it's Latka", Louie agrees in his own way: "Latka's the poodle I never had."

* In "Mama Gravas", Alex has a date with Latka’s mother which turns into a one night stand. After some awkwardness about how Latka will react, it turns out he’s thrilled to supposedly have Alex as a stepfather, and couldn’t think of anyone better!
* A gigantic meta example: Latka's actor Creator/AndyKaufman had to be pushed into doing a sitcom and ended up with the most perks built into his contract, and being a CloudCuckoolander was the most eccentric cast member even before the production of Season One's "A Full House for Christmas" (which was ''supposed'' to feature Kaufman's AlterEgoActing persona Tony Clifton as Louie's brother; Clifton ended up fired and escorted off of the Paramount lot due to his bad behavior). But although he was notoriously aloof, he was a ConsummateProfessional on set, and 14 years after his death almost all the regulars reassembled to appear as themselves in the Kaufman {{Biopic}} ''Film/ManOnTheMoon''. The two exceptions were Tony Danza due to a prior theater commitment and Creator/DannyDeVito because '''he was already playing Kaufman's agent George Shapiro''' (the film's second most significant character), simply because he was fascinated by the relationship Shapiro had with Kaufman. Indeed, the whole movie was conceived in the wake of a conversation [=DeVito=] had with director Milos Forman about Kaufman, and he co-produced the film. This also gives Louie's occasional kindnesses towards Latka amazing RealitySubtext in hindsight.

** Louie (who the group suspected of simply wanting to keep the cash for himself) decides to give it to Jeff Bennett, his assistant (which also doubles as a security measure, because the others will know if Louie is telling the truth). Initially, Jeff refuses the money because he thinks it's a trick, prompting Louie to deliver a passionate speech about how much he respects the younger man and genuinely values him as a friend. A surprised Jeff then graciously accepts the sum and sincerely thanks Louie for his kindness.

* One episode had the death of Jim's estranged father as the plot. As part of the man's will, Jim was left with a box of his father's clothes and an audio cassette tape, as well as instructions of what to do with said items. Jim sets the clothes up so that it looks like his father is sitting in a chair, sits down himself, and plays the tape, a recording of "You are the sunshine of my life." The look on Jim's face as he gets the message is pure gold.

* In "Memories Of Cab 804", Tony reminisces one occasion when he prevented a man from jumping off the Queensboro bridge by only telling him not to do it.

* After Alex is mugged by one of his passengers, resulting in a bullet through the ear, he quits Sunshine in fear and gets a job as a waiter at an upscale restaurant. His friends drop by as a show of support, and they get into a debate about the perks of both jobs. They point out that all his friends work at Sunshine Cab Co., and upon considering this he immediately quits the waiter position and agrees to come back.
