No meta moment, see this query.

** It's also meta-heartwarming, as this might be a nod to the end of the last campaign. The last campaign ended with Sam being unable to save Liam's character. How does his character's story begin here? Saving Liam's character.

* Meta example: Just how casually Matthew explains that the captain of the guards is a genderfluid individual, and corrects himself when he accidentally uses she/her instead of they/them pronouns. To see an enby in a position of power brought much delight to non-binary Critters, as expressed countlessly on social media.

* Meta-example: Travis and Liam both get excited when Ashley and Sam have their characters use signature skills of their classes (for Ashley, it's Yasha entering into a rage, for Sam, it's Nott speaking Thieves' Cant and rolling a Natural 20 on Persuasion). In a sense, they are stepping into the shoes that Travis and Liam's characters from Campaign 1 filled, so it's quite heart-warming to see the veterans eagerly cheer on the newbies.

* Despite her awkward initial apology for knocking her out during the battle, back at the tavern when Toya is about to leave Beau gives the young Dwarf one of her jeweled bracelets, telling her it'll "protect [her] from assholes named Beau."

Added DiffLines:

* When Zeenoth arrives to ask Beau to leave with him for a conversation, she's clearly tense and there's an edge to her voice that goes beyond her normal prickly tone. Fjord immediately clocks her discomfort and makes sure she's okay before she leaves.

References to Grog and the first campaign added.

Added DiffLines:

* As mentioned in the Awesome tab, Travis' reaction to Ashley borrowing Grog's "I would like to rage." He cheers the loudest out of the group and throws his arms into the air, clearly honored.
* In general, the references to Vox Machina. While they're made in passing (Nott's singing "ruins the memory of Scanlan," Molly tries to shoot like Percy when he doesn't have a gun, Yasha's reference to Grog), it's clear that first campaign made an impact.

* Nott tells the rest of the Nein the truth of how she sees her relationship with Caleb. She sees the pair as a parent and child, except she is the mother and she must protect Caleb.
-->Nott: It's my job to protect him because I love him and I am his protector.
** The rest of the cast look like they're about to break out into TearsOfJoy during this whole speech, especially Liam (whose character isn't present to hear).
* When Nott shows Caleb the spell scrolls she stole from the High Richter's place, Caleb reads one... and reacts with sheer joy and hugs her. We don't find out what spell it is, only that it's one he's been trying to learn for a long time. But his reaction says it all: it's the best gift she could've possibly given him.
* The moment Caleb finally started to turn the opinions of those who considered him to be a selfish, unlikable grump when it comes to the rest of the Nein.
-->Caleb: (to Nott) Believe it or not, I like [the party], too. I don't agree with them, but I like them.
* At the end of Caleb's solo segment Matt describes him waking up to find Nott, who had been sleeping across the room when Caleb fell asleep, is now cuddled up against his leg. As he says this Sam is returning to room and stops to nuzzle against Liam's shoulder.
-->Nott: I got scared of the skeleton so I came over here.
* The cast's utter delight when Matt reveals Pumat Sol is reading Tary's book. Between Sam and Laura hugging each other and Marisha practically leaping out of her seat it's sweet to see how excited they are at a nod back to the first campaign.

* Sam's D&D Beyond promo for the week is turned into an elaborate ceremony dedicated to celebrating the return of Ashley (due to her show being on hiatus), complete with putting a tiara on her, party decorations, balloons, poetry, an old Irish blessing and Taliesin singing!
* The party is generally accepting of Molly when they discover his amnesia, but Caleb in particular tries to emphasize his support, telling Molly that he believes in second chances and making a point to use Molly's full name. Molly, in turn, seems quite touched, hiding a smile and sincerely thanking Caleb.
--> Mollymauk: This was... not how I expected this to go. Thank you.
** Of note is the fact that Nott, up until this point, had been very suspicious of Molly, especially after the confrontation between them in Episode 11 (even wondering if he had something to do with the attack on Zadash), but she still tries to encourage him, and even says that she likes him a little more now. Beau also has a similar reaction, saying that she dislikes him a little less now.
** There's also a sweet little moment after the Zone of Truth scene where Taliesin, after a fairly intense scene for him, briefly rests his head on Ashley's shoulder, who puts her arm around him for a quick cuddle. It's small, but very cute.
* A Caleb-centered one is his awkward attempts to play matchmaker for Yasha and Beau, trying to encourage Yasha to buy shuriken for Beau and telling Beau that Yasha was the one who carried the shuriken for him. Both women are clueless about his efforts, but the fact that he tried is rather sweet.

* The group's reactions to Jester being knocked out by the Gelatinous Cube reinforce just how much they all love her.
** Once the cube is defeated Fjord rushes over to give her a healing potion with Travis specifically mentioning how he cradles her head to do so.
** Later, before they try activating the puzzle again, Molly tells Jester to stay near the door and run if another enemy appears.
** When Jester wonders if she should use one of her few spell slots to heal herself (not wanting to use another healing potion as it's 'a waste of money') Beau insists she do so, gently telling her to prioritise her own health.
* Marisha confirmed on Talks Machina that Beau's ActuallyPrettyFunny moment towards one of Mollymauk's insults shows that she's starting to warm up to and feel more comfortable around the rest of the group. She also says that Beau is starting to like Molly more ever since he opened up in Episode 14, although she's not sure if the feeling's mutual.

* After having been one-shot by the gelatinous cube last episode, Jester starts this one pretty low on health, and is knocked unconscious during the fight with Siff. Travis has her covered though:
--> Travis: I got one more [health potion] with your name on it, sweet cheeks.
* Under the influence of Siff's Whispers of Madness, Yasha goes to attack Beau, but Molly uses Blood Maledict to make her miss. While this move doesn't damage Yasha, it still says quite a lot that Molly is willing to put a curse on his best friend to protect the person he arguably likes the least out of the entire group.
* Fjord admits to having cut his tusks as a child because they made him a prime target for bullying and isn't sure whether he should let them grow back, believing they represent some of the rougher aspects of his heritage. In the ensuing discussion, the Mighty Nein all try to be supportive in their own ways (hilariously, Yasha inquires if he ever killed one of the kids in retaliation). Jester very sweetly tells him that he's handsome now, and that he'd certainly still be handsome if he let the tusks grow back, a statement that Caleb seconds.
* Caleb and Nott have a cute moment when the former thanks the latter for teaching him Message through the use of said spell, complete with Nott's usual catchphrase, "you can reply to this message". The two proceed to marvel at being capable of secretly having a conversation from separate ends of the room by casting Message in turn.
* The Adorkable moment between Caleb and Jester studying the Beacon, and Nott playing "concerned but supportive parent" to the two of them.

* Molly spends most of the carnival running back and forth between stands and games, trying to share in the fun of the other Nein. It is likely that either the festivities remind him of the circus, or possibly given that his memories only consist of the last two years that this is possibly the first real festival he's been to, and his reactions to it all are of very child-like excitement and enjoyment, even enjoying the parts that the other members declare a ripoff, such as his prize in Trebuchet being just a single strawberry. It's adorable to see him so happy.
* When Nott reports back from a conversation she eavesdropped on and reveals that the Dwendalian Empire is about to declare war on Xhorhas, Caleb states that sticking together has become "more important than ever". Jester questions whether he means all of them, or just him and Nott. Caleb confirms that he did mean all of them, a clear indication that he has grown to care about the rest of the Nein.

* Yasha giving Jester a hug for healing her after the giant smashes her. It's an awkward side-hug, but it's still a hug!
* After Caleb reveals his backstory, Nott hugs him and tells him this.
-->Nott: It's not your fault. It's not your fault. And I'm going to keep telling you that until you believe me.
** Also, the fact that Caleb finally trusted Nott with his torments. He was given a carrot from Beau that he couldn't resist, so he let her in on his hidden horrors, but he knew that it wouldn't be fair to not have Nott be among the first to know. Another part of this is that he chose to remain with the group and let Beau in on his dark past rather than keep it to himself and keep running - he's defrosting slowly but surely.
** Beau, as awkward as she is, insists that Caleb isn't the one at fault for what happened and seems to trust him more now.
* The Lawmaster's speech on why she does her job. She knows some members of the Empire are corrupt, she works to ensure that the public aren't stepped on by those who abuse their power. She knows utopia is impossible, but she does what she can to keep the people of her country safe.
* After episodes worrying about whether her mother would send her a care package, Jester finally receives one. While it doesn't have the amount of money she hoped for, it still contained 200 gold, perfume, paints, and a letter of love.
** Also heartwarming is the fact that Jester, obviously still thinking about the conversation she had with Caleb about money, does her best to stay positive and appreciate how much she did get, while the rest of the party comforts her and ultimately tells her to keep the 200 gold - which she was going to share - for herself.

* Caleb secretly casts Haste on Beau before her impromptu sparring match with Jester, a sign of how much he's come to trust her after the last episode.
* After being KO'd by her in the ring, Jester bears no animosity towards Beau, hugging her while exclaiming how much fun she had. Beau is equally delighted, and apologizes for hurting Jester in the bout.
* Though it's mostly PlayedForLaughs as Caleb is faking the dead, Jester's concern and fuss over the injured Caleb is very touching, with her prioritizing healing him over everything else.
* A small friendship moment between Caleb and Yasha: when the party is questioning Yasha about her use of Necrotic Shroud (and the skeletal wings that come with it), Caleb speaks to her in Celestial, and Yasha says that it's nice to talk with someone who understands the language.
* After Nott reveals her backstory to the party, they ask her if she wants to go back to the halfling village to find her friend. When she points out that she'd be stoned to death if she went back there (and that's without the possibility of running into her old tribe), the party assures her that they'd protect her, and Jester and Beau assure her that she's one of them.

* The story in the [animated "[=DnD= Beyond" intro.]] A beginning player is disorganized with her magic-using character, and opens her tablet to the cast pictured in their Season 2 opening. She taps on the "[=DnD=] Beyond" title card Sam's holding in the picture, and is pulled to an adventure with the Mighty Nein. Fjord reaches his hand out to the player, and she gets a SignificantWardrobeShift as she's accepted before she faces gnolls and a beholder.
* Jester and Beau spent the night in a cuddle pile with Kiri snuggled between them.
* It's subtle, but Caleb holds a Magic Missile spell in case the troll attacks any of his friends. This may be one of the first times Caleb openly calls the rest of the Nein "friends".
* Jester heals an unconscious Fjord by letting duplicity!Jester hug him and use Cure Wounds.
* After the "Bowlgate" drama between Beau and Caleb, Marisha yells "I love you!" while hugging Liam to show there's no hard feelings and it's just friends acting.
* Guest character Callianna is an incredibly sweet girl, going out of her way to compliment the party at every turn; because that's how she was treated as a kid and wants other people to feel special like she got to... even if it was because she was a cult's object of worship.

* Beau wonders whether she messed up with Caleb last time, and asks Fjord for advice on how to apologise. She follows through at the end of the episode, and Caleb awkwardly hugs her in response (whispering "I have no idea what I'm doing. Just play along."). Both IMMEDIATELY look to others for advice, Beau to Fjord and Caleb to Yasha, as neither have any clue what to do. Kiri sums up the moment with one of her learned phrases:
-->Kiri: Welcome to the Mighty Nein!
** While Beau is asking Fjord's advice, Travis and Laura's baby starts kicking. Cue a tiny, precious moment of Sam feeling Laura's belly.

* Thanks to her new Sending spell, Jester finally gets to speak to her mother. It's brief and is cut short by the word limit (the spell only allows 25 words), but Jester's mother is overwhelmingly happy to hear she's okay and that she got her package, and sends her love.
* When Caleb re-kills the troll and gets lost in his memories again, Beau goes over to him and just brings him on a walk. Nott looks over out of concern, but sees that Beau is handling the situation, so she allows Beau to keep taking care of Caleb in an understated gesture of trust.

* Beau confiding in Nott her past; considering they are two of the most wary and untrusting of the party, them reaching out and trusting each other is very sweet.
* Jester asking Caleb to dance. Until MoodWhiplash sets in with Caleb's WrongNameOutburst. She then ensures he gets to bed safely, instead of passing out in a gutter, and they have another sweet (if half-drunk) moment.
* Upon discovering that the ones who stole from them are children, the entire team's attitude changes and Beau even gives them 20 gold to help them survive. Then they all decide to do what they can - with what limited time they have considering they are on a job for the Gentleman and being late wouldn't be a good idea - to rescue their parents and thus let them get out of town. Fjord in particular is intent on leaving this place better than it was before, at the least for these kids.

* Travis and Laura are unable to make it, due to Laura giving birth earlier in the day. The two welcome in a new critter into the world, and the table is overjoyed at the news.
-->Matt: You'll notice we're down two players tonight. That's because apparently some babies can't wait.
* Liam/Caleb briefly breaks the fourth wall (but not character) to give Travis/Fjord some parenting advice.
* The Shusters seem to notice Nott is a goblin... and after getting past their initial surprise, they don't seem to mind. Sam confirms on Talks Machina that this is the first time Nott helped someone and wasn't treated with contempt for being a goblin.
* After the group finds a new home for Kiri, one of the Nein's members is unexpectedly moved.
-->Beau: I think that's the first nice thing I've ever done.

Creating new Campaign 2 Heartwarming subpages for "A New Beginnings".

Added DiffLines:

The first arc of the second campaign. Twenty years after the final adventures of Vox Machina, a new party assembles in a sleepy town called Trostenwald. They are brought together by an investigation into the cause of a sudden zombie outbreak at the circus, and then as a party, travel to the town of Alfield to clean out out a mine full of gnolls, and then to the city of Zadash, where they find themselves dragged into a plot against corruption in the government.

As a Moments subpage, all spoilers are unmarked as per policy. Administrivia/YouHaveBeenWarned.

* Caleb is deeply indebted to Nott for saving his life the previous day, and makes sure the goblin is safe. He also pays for her to bet at cards with Jester. Noteworthy, despite his overall demeanour, he's always gentle with Nott.
** Nott returns it, doing her best to follow the rules and immediately tells Caleb of her misadventure the day before.
** It's also meta-heartwarming, as this might be a nod to the end of the last campaign. The last campaign ended with Sam being unable to save Liam's character. How does his character's story begin here? Saving Liam's character.
** Liam revealed on Talks Machina that Caleb's familiar Frumpkin is named after Liam's own cat from his childhood.
* Jester uses her Blessing of the Trickster on Nott to help her get into the circus without being bothered by the guards. At this point they've only known each other for a few hours at most and yet Jester is still willing to use her ability to help Nott go out and have fun.

* When the group is discovered by Crown's Guard as they're sneaking around the circus grounds, Nott pretends to attack Caleb who is disguised as a guard himself. Caleb punches Nott in the face to sell the act but IMMEDIATELY after the real guards leave and are out of range Caleb apologizes sincerely to Nott and even checks her teeth for damage.
* Molly and the rest of the circus performers genuinely care about each other, and he at one point describes them as his family. When Beau tries to bond with the Knot Sisters by taking a verbal swipe at him, they actually get offended.

* There's something heartwarming about the fact that, despite Beau and Molly's mutual dislike of each other, they still come to each other's aid when fighting the zombie Crownguard. Molly even gives her a smile as he slays the one that almost bit her.
* Caleb's reaction to getting his books, literally bounding with joy and picking Nott up to dance about with her.
* During the fight towards the end, Nott refuses to leave Caleb's side when he is downed, going so far as to shield him with her body (even though she's only at 4 HP herself) and even giving him mouth to mouth with a Nat 20 medicine check that ends up saving his life.

* Molly and Fjord both go willingly to the stockade to be with the whole group during their trial. They're becoming FireForgedFriends.
* Caleb’s protectiveness of Nott shines through again in the trial as he stands protectively in-between her and the lawmaster shown to have a prejudice against goblins. He later picks her up and seems to dare the guards to try anything, “She’s my friend.”
* Despite her awkward initial apology for knocking her out during the battle, back at the tavern when Toya is about to leave Beau gives the young Dwarf one of her jeweled bracelets, telling her it'll "protect [her] from assholes named Beau."
* Caleb taking Nott to the really nice baths (costing 4 silver per person) is a sweet gesture on his part, as she directly saved his life twice (once with a healing potion in Session Zero, once with a Natural 20 in Episode 3). Subverted hilariously when Nott doesn't actually get in and spends the time stealing whatever she pleases.
** Also to get in, Caleb pretends to be her father, even calling her “Meine Liebchen” (My dear or darling in German). Makes you wonder if they’ve pretended to be father/daughter in the past to pull a con or avoid trouble.
* Nott giving her stolen flowers to Yasha, even if it was for "please don't hurt me" reasons, shows that a friendship is going to bloom between them.
* By the end of the episode, the group starts to find their unity, deciding that a two-week trip to their next destination will let them get to know each other better and decide if they're going to be a permanent team. Even though Yasha declines to travel with them, it's made clear that she's always welcome to drop in and out.

* Jester gives Nott a bouquet of flowers early in the episode: when asked why, she tells Nott it's because they're friends.
** The significance of this becomes far greater following the reveal that Jester herself likely didn't have friends growing up since her existence was kept a secret by her mother.
* Caleb is absolutely giddy after Nott casts her first spell.
* Meta example: Just how casually Matthew explains that the captain of the guards is a genderfluid individual, and corrects himself when he accidentally uses she/her instead of they/them pronouns. To see an enby in a position of power brought much delight to non-binary Critters, as expressed countlessly on social media.

* When the chips are down, irreverent, snappish Beau is the one who risks life and limb to drag a dying Nott away from the Manticore. JerkWithAHeartOfGold indeed.
** Not to mention the earlier battle, wherein she immediately charges forward to kill the hyena that badly injured the child Nott was trying to save. She then kneels down by the child and desperately tries to help with his injuries.
* The first thing Fjord does after being released from Hold Person is rush over to the unconscious Jester and pour a healing potion into her mouth.
-->Liam: Now that's love.
* While also being straight-up cool as hell, Shakäste's HDYWTDT against the Manticore is also strangely touching. Per Khary's description of it, Shakäste does it as an act of love and mercy for a creature who had just lost her child, killing her cleanly with a quick, fell blow.
* Shakäste commends Nott for her selfless bravery during the fight with the manticore and allows her to keep the pouch she stole from him earlier.
* Caleb having some kind of traumatic flashback after the battle in the caves prompts a few:
** Molly is openly concerned for the rest of the party, worrying over Nott and Jester, and trying to calm Caleb down after his murder of the gnoll priest, even consoling him with a kiss on the forehead. Later, Molly and Beau, who are very vocal about their dislike for one another, are quietly and unhesitatingly united in supporting Caleb and guiding him out of the cavern
** Back in town, a still-out-of-it Caleb distractedly holds Nott's hand in the midst of celebration. Nott responds by giving him the coin pouch she stole from guest party member Shakäste not a few hours before, calling it "book money".
* The residents of Alfield hail the group as heroes and treat them as one united team, even holding a celebration in their honour despite all the losses and destruction. Matt's narration notes that the townspeople's sheer gratitude is something most of the party--who largely seem to come from rather shady or otherwise isolated backgrounds--is very unfamiliar with.
-->Matt: You all think over what you've done, this ragtag group of wandering know-nothing's who've managed to come together and do a good thing. For some coin, maybe, but a good thing nonetheless.

* First, a couple of notes on the part of the esteemed real-life couples:
** Laura and Travis are expecting a baby in July, and they even drew up a character sheet!
** A little over a third of the way through the episode, Marisha turns awkwardly to mask a sneeze and legitimately injures her ribs in doing so (an injury which, thankfully, later turned out to be a case of a severely pulled muscle instead of actual broken bone). When Matt realizes how much pain she's in, he drops all professional pretense and immediately becomes visibly and audibly distressed, only going back to his usual persona once it becomes clear that Marisha is mostly okay after the break. HappilyMarried indeed.
-->Marisha: (after a truly bad pun on Travis' part) Oh, don't make me laugh. This is...this is some bullshit, guys.
-->Matt: (mouthing) I love you.
* Following their return to Alfield, the party celebrates, with a lot of the locals buying them drinks out of gratitude. Molly secretly repays all of them by slipping a silver coin into their pockets, likely because, in his eyes, the citizens need the money more than the party does, especially in the aftermath of the gnoll attack.
* As Jester goes to sleep the Traveller reaches out to her by warming her holy symbol, wordlessly telling her that he is with her.
** It's a small moment, but Beau tucking the sheets over Jester after overhearing the latter's sad prayer to her deity is quite sweet.
* Jester gets Fjord a letter of recommendation to the Soltrice Academy. The open mouth surprise on Travis' face says all.
* When Jester asks Nott how old she is, Nott responds that she's not sure because goblins don't celebrate birthdays. Caleb promptly decides that the current day will officially be her birthday.
** Prior to this, Beau asks Caleb whether he sees Nott as a daughter, which he denies, but he does admit to seeing her as a little sister of sorts.
* Even after being attacked by them and having Caleb knocked out, Molly still pays the eight surviving bandits one gold apiece to help them start a better life. It takes a SugarWiki/Moments turn when he tells the bandits to stop harping on their new leader, claiming that new management should not be criticized until changes are in effect.
* Basically everything about Enchanter Pumat Sol, the relaxed, ever-smiling, inexplicably Canadian firbolg shopkeeper the Mighty Nein encounter when they reach the city. Perhaps the single kindest character encountered in the new campaign as of this writing, Pumat's very first interaction with the party sees him magically clean Caleb free of charge and then affectionately pat Nott on the head without a hint of revulsion.
-->Pumat: Oh, I didn't mean to ignore your invitation there. What's your name?
-->Nott: (nervously) N-Nott! Just Nott! You're...large.
-->Pumat: (smiling absently, shaking her hand) You're small.

* Caleb and Beau have a look at the Archive in Zadash, while Nott sneaks off to go steal something. The moment Caleb realizes Nott is gone, he becomes really anxious and, ignoring Beau's attempts at calming him down, immediately begins looking around. Nott reappears with freshly stolen buttons not moments later, but Caleb's concern for her safety illustrates how attached he is to her by this point.
* During the visit to the bath house Nott admits that she doesn't know how to swim. The rest of the party immediately offer to teach her. Beau holds her hands as she takes her first dip and later, after Jester washes Nott's hair for her, everyone but Molly and Yasha hold Nott as she goes under the water. When the party is getting ready to leave Caleb ties Nott's hair into a ponytail for her.
* While the exchange between Caleb and Jester ends on a somewhat sour note due to Jester being InnocentlyInsensitive, it was quite sweet of Caleb to offer 50 gold to Jester, especially if you take into account that this is not an amount of money Caleb is used to having.

* Jester's pure faith in the Traveler; she happily gushes about her relationship with him and states that, while she hasn't seen his face, she thinks he's handsome (and then proceeds to get embarassed when it occurs to her that he might have heard her say that).
* At Nott's request, Caleb buys the goblin some earmuffs (and a bonus woolen cap) against the cold.
* During the fight with the GiantSpider, Molly realizes it is about to strike at Yasha and, without hesitation, activates the amplified version of Blood Maledict, for which he himself suffers damage, to give the monster disadvantage on its attack. An odd couple they may be, but Molly and Yasha clearly look out for one another.
** Molly's spell averts what would otherwise have been a critical hit for the spider, too.
* After Caleb loots the bodies in the sewer, he pulls Jester aside and attempts to give her the money he collected, 100 gold in total. This time, Jester gently accepts the gold (though she insists she's not keeping it for herself, instead planning to use it for the party), and she apologizes for her InnocentlyInsensitive behavior from before, which Caleb accepts. He apologizes in return for reacting so badly, and it's accepted just as graciously.
* Later on, after the group has received the reward for completing their contract, Caleb admits that his whole reason for trying to get to Chastity's Nook, a book shop in one of Zadash's wealthier neighborhoods, was so he and Jester could browse smutty literature together.
* Caleb reveals that Frumpkin was kicked into non-existence and, despite Caleb saying he knows he can bring Frumpkin back, the group all agree the guard who did it will pay.

* After Jester explains that she wants to turn in her key at the Pillow Trove so they don't waste the money she will eventually get from her mother, Fjord commends her for thinking ahead. She responds that she's trying to be smarter about things, to which Beau says that she is very smart.
* Having stepped on each other's toes a little in Episode 9, it's clear that both Jester and Caleb are actively trying to build a better rapport with one another:
** In preparation of once more trying to get into the Tri-Spires district with Caleb, Jester gives him a once-over, cleaning his face and rearranging his hair a little. When she's done, she assures him he looks "sparkling clean" and "very dashing", to which Caleb good-naturedly quips that he hopes the guards think so too.
** Upon finding out that there's a bakery right next to Chastity's Nook, Caleb offers to buy Jester sweets. They end up placing an order for 10 bear claws and a fresh loaf of bread.
** To return the favor, Jester buys Caleb the expensive historical porn book presented to them by Iva in Chastity's Nook. Unfortunately, it turns out Caleb wasn't really interested in smutty literature, he was simply looking for spellbooks. However, he still appreciates the gesture and thanks her for the gift.
** When they're in Jester's room at the Pillow Trove, Caleb runs his hand over the bed sheet, but Beau chastises him for getting it dirty. Jester assures him it's not a problem and enthusiastically tells him to try lying on the bed, seemingly sensitive to the fact that Caleb probably hasn't had the chance to enjoy such luxuries in his life.
* When the whole party is finally introduced to the Knights of Requital, Beau aggressively asks if "people like" Jester and Molly make the Knights uncomfortable. Made extra sweet considering her own HateAtFirstSight relationship with Molly and how Molly exposed himself to some racist vitriol courtesy of the High Richter moments earlier.

* Jester chooses to save a severely injured and paralyzed Nott instead of herself when she flubs a check to keep both of them on their rope.
* Moments after being caught in a MexicanStandOff with Caleb and Nott over Caleb’s attempt to steal some spell scrolls from the High Richter’s home, Fjord uses a healing potion on an unconscious Caleb, who had gotten caught in the blast of a Fireball spell, and, with help from Jester, then carries him out of the building to safety.
