*** Games =/= critique. Unless you delve into the needless metaplot shit a lot of internet reviewers lean on, there's only so many ways you can criticise things. Games have a lot more freedom in that respect.

* In his DeadSpace review, he makes a joke where the communication problem was easily fixed, but then reveals that he was just thinking of something else. This ShoutOut is too subtle. Does anyone know what he was referencing, if anything?

** No, you don't, but he's on about the formula being used ad nauseam. It's painfully clear in his videos that attempting to mix things up impresses him, even if ultimately fails as an experiment.

* In his review of E3 2010, he goes on how Donkey Kong Country Returns is "another bloody" Donkey Kong game. I'm sorry, but that's the first oldschool-style DK game since Donkey Kong 64. Earlier than that he even used a picture of Pit from Kid Icarus in a statement on Nintendo reusing franchises. Kid Icarus hasn't had a game in NINETEEN YEARS! What Yahtzee, use an idea ONCE OR TWICE and any further time is pimping the series, no matter when it is? In that case, let's be sure to boycott Sony and Microsoft if they even think about a Half Life 3. Oh wait he likes that game, so it's only okay then. It's just wrong.
