* Ok, this is a "yabba-dabba-doozey" but can anyone help me with this? OK, in the Flintstone Kids where the characters are children we have Captain Caveman and his son Cavey Jr., now hear me out, in "The Flinstones Comedy Hour" they are adults and so is Captain Caveman, are we to believe that the Captain Caveman in this show is Cavey Jr. grown up as a adult, and later on he was frozen and discovered by three modern day teenage girls in "Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels". So is the Captain Caveman we know today Cavey Jr. all grown up or what?
** Its probably the same guy, the Flintstones canon isnt exactly airtight. Remember, in Flintstones Kids, Fred goes to school with Wilma and Betty even though they didnt meet until high school, and they have Dino as a puppy, even though they dont find him until theyre adults.

** The cereal is home-made perhaps? And Fred has refused to share his cereal with Barney and also refused to give him the recipe.

** Considering that it was late at night when the Flintstones and Rubbles return home, Cliff probably kidnapped the kids while they were sleeping. And it's possible Bamm_Bamm put up some kind of fight, given how utterly trashed the house is; Cliff could have also tied up Pebbles first and threatened to hurt her if Bamm-Bamm didn't cooperate. As for trying to escape, Bamm-Bamm ''does'' struggle to break free (we see him wriggling against the ropes and biting at them), but can't get through. Remember that his superhuman strength doesn't make him any larger (which is part of the joke), so his body is still too small to burst through rope (plus, lifting something heavy and escaping from thick knots are two different skill sets).

*** That sounds sacrilegious.

*** That sounds sacrilegious. It also really doesn't make much sense considering the years we use today are supposed to go back to the birth of Christ. (In fact B.C. even stands for "before Christ".)

* How exactly did Vandercave manage to kidnap Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm (the latter especially)? If Bamm-Bamm is supposed to be the world's strongest kid, how did he allow himself and Pebbles to be tied up and captured? Couldn't he have knocked out Vandercave? And why does Bamm-Bamm make no attempt to break through the ropes he was tied with? He can lift heavy furniture, SMASH through a stone wall, and yet he can't burst through ropes?!

to:

** Part One of your question: the basic plan is to have ''any'' quarry worker (who Cliff clearly views as inherently unintelligent) take the newly-creative executive position and sign off on the fraudulent contracts he's making up to trick investors. There's definitely a degree of VillainBall here: he just assumed that any blue-collar employee would be too stupid to understand what was going on and not read the contracts, with Miss Stone "studying" them for the patsy and telling him that they were approved (note that when Fred actually does try to look at them himself, Sharon immediately pulls them away in a panic). Part Two: Cliff knew the creation of the position would face scrutiny from Mr. Slate and the other executives, so he couldn't just deliberately pick the worst-scoring employee. It had to look "legitimate" from his end, so he could claim plausible deniability ("I guess the guy we hired turned out to be a thief").

* Vandercave's plan doesn't make exactly much sense. How does this plan work? They’re looking for the biggest moron to be a fall guy by hiring the smartest person that the aptitude test determines? To pin the blame on, logically shouldn't he should have "promoted" the employee who scored the ''lowest'' on the test instead of the highest. While looking at the test scores, Vandercave expresses his knowledge of Fred being a "dunce and witless" and yet he obviously knows nothing about Barney swapping his test with Fred's. Bottom line, the plan's so confusing it fails logic.

[[folder: The tiger in the closing credits]]
* During the closing credits of the show, the tiger climbs through the window to get in after Fred kicks him out of the house, and in retaliation the tiger kicks Fred himself out of the house and locks the door so he can't get in, hence he angrily demands Wilma to unlock the door. Why can't Fred just climb through the window like the tiger did?

*** Never mind toilets... they write on stone/clay tablets with hammers and chisels-- so what is toilet ''paper'' like in this stone-age world? I shudder to think of how painful ''wiping'' must be... (Yeah, yeah, I imagine they keep a roll of palm fronds tucked away for that purpose...though pray no one cheaps out and grabs a sheaf of the one-ply poison ivy.)
