** I assume the logic is that Vision has the mind stone, which gave Wanda Telekinesis and mind control, so he reasonably should have those powers. It's possible MCU Vision does [[spoiler: (did)]] have those powers just he didn't think to try the former and he realized that it's wrong to use the latter powers.
