* What is it with the alternating skin tones of the main characters? Most of the time Goofy and Max appear to be all black except for their faces. But often when they are shown shirtless or in sleeveless tops, their skin appears to be the same color as their faces. PJ also appears to alternate between having black skin (or fur) and pale skin. Pete, on the other hand, appears to have pale skin most of the time, even though in other cartoons (including both [[WesternAnimation/AGoofyMovie Goofy]] [[WesternAnimation/AnExtremelyGoofyMovie movies]]), he is all black (except for his face). The changes in skin tones always kind of bugged me as a kid.

* How come neither the seller nor the buyer knew that whoever buys the house next to Pete's own home will own half of Pete's house? If Pete knew that, he would have bought the other half of his house back.
** It's very likely the title companies never required a land survey or none of the surveys they got were to establish property lines. It's also likely Pete didn't listen to title company even if they said something. You'd be surprised how often this happens in real life.
* In the episode "Unreal Estate", Pete has to get one of Peg's homes painted and fixed up, so that Peg can show it to a certain buyer. At the end of the episode, it's revealed that the buyer was just going to tear down the house anyway, so why did Pete have to get it painted in the first place, especially with a very specific shade of pink?
** To make Pete suffer.
** To bring the house up to building code so the sale would be legal.
** And for a final one, a buyer would pay more for a fully-functional house than a wreck, even if they were just going to demolish it. Peg may have ben pulling her own devious plan and had the sense to keep Pete as far away from the inner workings as possible.
* In one episode, Pete builds his own RV and takes it to a convention. As he leaves the neighborhood, they have to repeatedly return to their houses because they forgot things. The last one is Pistol returning to their house to use the bathroom. So, Pete built an RV without a lavatory?
** The RV is for all an intent and purpose, a poorly made vehicle with bugs that are truthfully fatal. Pistol didn't want to take a chance that the toilet could send her to the moon.

***She probably makes a good money with her job as a real estate saleswoman, so any damage to the house probably wouldn't matter because they have enough to pay it off anyways.
!!What does she see in that guy?

**Pete might not have been that much of a phallus when they first met, considering how he has some kinda friendship with Goofy.

** The thing about Pete is that he constantly changes opinion after opinion if the situation at least benefits him in his eyes. In another episode, "Rally Round the Goof", he believes Goofy is a lucky charm. In short, desperation makes him do dumb things and Pete is dumb.

But mostly the revenge part as all he wants is dumb.to make Goofy suffer like he had when Goofy accidentaly costed him that football game.

** Considering the amount of charges against Pete, they probably thought he's enough of an AssholeVictim to look the other way for now.
** Plus, it turns out the criminals legally owned Pete's house. The police know they stole but they stole legally.

Your Cheating Heart is no longer a trope.

** Well going by fan speculation, she's, well, a little [[YourCheatingHeart too]] close to Goofy.

* I can understand why PJ and Pistol can ignore Goofy's more destructive tendencies, but how can Peg ignore it? There are episodes where Goofy destroys all or some of their house, and Peg never seems to either care or hold a grudge or even a care about Goofy. How can Peg ignore that?

* Pete believes that Goofy is a jinx in "The Good, The Bad and The Goofy" but why did he continue to scheme against him eventhough he's most likely aware that all his acts would backfire on him?
* Also in "Nightmare on Goof Street", why isn't the police tracking down the two criminals that stole Pete's house since they know that Pete was robbed?
