** That's not the only thing, he accused the guy of stealing without any proof. Yes, he had proof of outrageous numbers in liquor losses, but he never proved it was Bill's fault. For all he knows, it could've been everyone but him. Even if it was Bill, he singled him out like it was only him and no one else stole too, even though there have been instances of multiple employees stealing.
