* When Aegon finally stops Lady Nymella from storming off, the irritated woman asks what he wants to talk about, and Aegon...finds he didn't plan that far ahead and essentially asks the very basic question, "So, you're from Ghost Hill?" Which was almost a redundant question since they both know she is. But it's enough to break the ice between them.
