Leonard [[TheDogBitesBack got back at them by directing his mother's psychoanalyst nature at them]]. Her conclusion of Raj and Howard being in an "[[HoYay Ersatz]] [[HeterosexualLifePartners Homosexual Relationship]]" leaves the two almost catatonically stunned silent (Raj even more so) and Leonard's victorious smile/[[{{Troll}} Troll face]] just making the scene.

** This leads into all the gang each telling Howard something that might have been in the envelope. Sheldon references Film/TheGoonies, while Raj goes into a lot of detail about a birthday card ("it had a frog trying to catch an airplane, thinking it was a fly. Silly frog").
