* Hank's crazy-ass season 7 premiere dream, with Hank suddenly in his scrubs thrown into an ER disaster involving a motorcade crashing into a basketball game. Divya, with Sashi strapped to her, pulls him away from beginning a thoracotomy in order to perform the heimlich on a woman, who spits out an engagement ring (that Hank studies closely), then is drawn away from upon hearing Paige's voice from a hospital bed. Hank pulls back the curtain to see Paige doing chest compressions while straddling Evan, who has a miniature flag speared straight through his chin out the top of his head. According to Paige, it was Evan trying to talk his way into the motorcade that caused the crash in the first place. Hank's frustrated response? "Really, Evan? Again?!". It truly must be seen.

* "Lama Trauma" Hank requires Boris's assistance in an emergency surgery that he's never performed before. Needing Boris as his second pair of hands, the only way for Hank to describe a vital part of the procedure is comparing it to jump-starting a car. Boris head shoots up with an expression screaming "are you kidding me?!". He takes offense though at Hank's assumption that he's never done so before, and how he could possibly doubt Boris's ability to do such a simple task. However he back-pedals a bit.
-->Hank: You've never jump-started a car.
-->Boris: Of course I have. It's just...been awhile

* "Dawn of the Medicine" has plenty of moments. Convinced their patient is a mad scientist who ran a bioterrorism lab, Evan leans in and whispers to Jeremiah to test for mad cow disease, calling him "the real Mr. Moreau". It leads to an incredibly awkward moment when the patients angrily says it isn't his hearing that needs testing. Evan realizes he said all this about two feet away from the guy.

* While "The Hankover" is a very funny episode, the best part is the misdirection about . Evan wakes up thinking he pushed him off the balcony and killed him; there's blood around his head. After the long flashback, Hank rushes over to check on him... and finds out that the "blood" is actually Bloody Mary and he's just fine. Evan's version of the push and the reality of it with Evan's drunk stumbling is an adjunct CMOF.
* Meeting an actor who plays a doctor on a medical show, Hank is asked his opinon of the show. In a truly meta bit, Hank says that he and fellow doctors watch medical shows just to mock "how much they get wrong."
* "Pregnant Paws": During the staff meeting Divya tries to bring up the news of her , but keeps getting interrupted. When it adjourns, Jeremiah stands straight up and says without thinking:
--> Jeremiah: Wait! Divya's trying to tell you .

* Boris shows his particular sense of humor in "Spasticity". As Hank persuades Boris into letting him coordinate the research of all the experts Boris has seen, Hank calls it playing Boris's "medical quarterback". At the end of the episode, as Boris is leaving in a car, Hank goes to confirm Boris's agreement, which he reaffirms. Then tosses Hank a football with nothing other than a "bye".
