** All Tofus spend the mode talking to Nighthawk in their native Japanese language no matter what language you set the voices too. The funny comes in that Nighthawk's dialogue remains unchanged from the HUNK scenario so no matter how much Tofu yells at him in [[KansaiRegionalAccent Kansai dialect Japanese]], Nighthawk seems to understand him perfectly. ** Some delicious BlackComedy after the first encounter with Irons in Claire's story, has an puff piece article [[VillainWithGoodPublicity praising him for]], among other things, supporting charities for abused women. You find said article less than five minutes after he pistol-whips Claire in the face. And five minutes ''before'' you learn he murdered a 22-year old woman. If you've played ''Darkside'' or ''Umbrella Chronicles'', you may also know he has a past with domestic violence (English version) or sexual assault (Japanese).

** Even funnier is when you approach the darkroom in a 2nd Run playthrough, as there's a pretty good chance you'll see at least one zombie go splat right in front of you.

* At the end of Claire's campaign, Sherry tells her "I want to see where you live." Claire replies "That's great, because I need a shower," and then sniffs herself.

* During the final G fight on the escape train, if G catches up with the player, he will eat them and devour their body. If one uses mods to let themselves walk outside the boundaries of the area, G can still devour the player, but the animation is screwed up since it's showing the "G eats the player" animation outside the boundaries. This results in the player character [[https://youtu.be/A6yz1HXSF4E?t=1063 convulsing and twitching before being sent into the void]].

* Youtube user [=DPO23=] has done a number of videos on the PC version of the game [[GameMod modded to]] ramp up the [[UncannyValley characters' facial animations to 500%]]. * When you climb the staircase next to the darkroom in the police station there is a pretty good chance you'll see at least one zombie will fall over the railing and make a good splat when they hit the floor.

* Normally this cannot be seen in the game by regular means. But if you were with a bit of technical know-how, to have the camera pan around to Claire while she is riding her motorcycle in her intro cutscene you will find that she is sporting an incredibly goofy grin.

* Administering the finishing blow to Mr.X at the end of the Leon campaign; and that faux latin singing sounds to end with "Had enough of his shit!"
* While both Leon and Claire encounters Mr. X, only Leon has to deal with him until the end of the game. Leon's first few encounters has him being rightfully terrified of the monster. However, by the time he's making his escape from the lab, Mr. X drops in once again in order to stop him from leaving. Leon's response is just one of pure exasperation at his terrible luck:

* While in the context of the scene it's not meant to be taken as funny, The way Sherry responds to Claire's offering to help with "YOU need help." Is amusing because of the sass coming from little Sherry Birkin.

* At one point, you run into a very fat cop pathetically banging away at a snack machine, almost as if to say that he's got one hell of a sweet tooth ''even in un-death''. Better yet, he only attacks if you attack him, meaning its perfectly fine to just ignore him and carry on to more pressing matters.

* Last but not least, there's a GameMod [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uvycaBOUIvo which makes the game]] [[NintendoHard balls-to-the-wall hard]] by replacing '''[[BossInMookClothing every]] [[BossGame enemy with]] [[UpToEleven Mr. X himself]]''' [[UnwinnableByDesign regardless of which difficulty setting you've selected]] and it can give [[VideoGame/SeriousSam Serious Sam 3: BFE's]] CopyProtection a run for its money!

* In case you were wondering, yes, you can shoot Mr. X's hat off. Then things go [[MoodWhiplash right back]] to NightmareFuel when you suddenly realize he is now '''[[TurnsRed running towards you in a]] [[BerserkButton berserk]] [[UnstoppableRage rage]]'''... and then it [[CrossesTheLineTwice crosses back into funny]] when you realize that Mr. X is going into said fit of rage because he ''[[DisproportionateRetribution lost his hat]]''.

* During his first encounter with Marvin, Leon gives a very brief "This is going to be one of those days." expression after his superior strictly tells him to go on without him.

* [=YouTuber=] Dartigan snarks that the zombies must all have been "high level vegans" before dying, as their skulls are far more hardy than expected.

* Since ''[=REmake2=]'' along with the ''Resident Evil'' series are BannedInChina, the sellers [[https://www.reddit.com/r/residentevil/comments/aln1c5/remake2_is_banned_in_china_so_the_sellers_got/ got creative in order to circumvent the ban and get the game past the radar]]. They do so by making a hand-drawn cover and using cipher titles such as "My first day of work in a police department" (我來警察局上班第一天) and "Beating a Dead Horse 2" (炒冷飯2) in order to get past the ban.

* Though he's really terrifying in this version, Mr. X can be TheComicallySerious. For instance, if you're running from him and a zombie's in the way, he'll shove the zombie like an angry bouncer. Also, as mentioned on the main page; it's almost comical to see a serious Tyrant monster get really upset about losing his favorite hat enough to start running after you.

* There's something inherently funny about Claire exclaiming "What, you're a cop?" if you have Leon wear the Arklay Sheriff uniform.

* Though he's really terrifying in this version, Mr. X can be the comically serious. For instance, if you're running from him and a zombie's in the way, he'll shove the zombie like an angry bouncer. Also, as mentioned on the main page; it's almost comical to see a serious Tyrant monster get really upset about losing his favorite hat enough to start running after you.
