* When the Hunter is formally made the leader of the team, they are given the choice between blaming the growing tensions on the Avengers, the original Suns, or ''everyone''. If they do the latter, they will ''still'' single out Spider-Man as the exception because he's such a NiceGuy. If Eddie Brock is present (whose recruitment mission only unlocks immediately before this scene), [[DevelopersForesight he will protest that he just got there]], prompting Hunter to exclude Eddie as well.

* After Fallen Venom (who's technically under MindControl by the way), flings a car at Spider-Man, Spidey says that "Someone's extra touchy today!" which cues this from Venom as they climb up to attack their long-time nemesis:

* Blade founds the book club because he initially was using books to try to get closer to his obvious crush, Captain Marvel, but had to invent the club on the spot when Captain America overheard them and asked to join. Hunter can tease him about his motivations.

* Not long after you recruit Wolverine, he tells you about his super scent by saying that it's reminded him he left his coffee out at the cliffs, and he should probably go get it since he used Captain America's mug. Sure enough, if you go find Steve, he's wondering where his 'America's Dad' mug has gone.

* After reaching a certain level of friendship with Wolverine, he'll ask if you want to face him in a one on one. You arrive... and find him standing in front of Robbie's game console, puzzling over how to turn it on. The Hunter, being from the 17th century, is just as lost, and after Wolverine tries to press a button to wake it up and nothing happens they both give up. After the scene is over, a brief shot shows that the console was unplugged the whole time.

** Captain America mentions his prior book club at the Avengers Tower - which ended by Black Widow invoking the "WhyWeCantHaveNiceThings" clause after Tony insults ''the Hulk's'' favorite poetry book, [[SeriousBusiness causing the big guy to demolish two full floors of the tower]] before calming back down.

** Captain Marvel irritatedly declaring a ban on eating food in the war room after finding peanut butter on her console. Iron Man initially asks if there was a problem with his sunflower seeds to which Carol replies that no, he tosses most of them in the trash and picks up what misses, complete with data on his accuracy from the console. Spider-Man then sheepishly admits that when he's stressed he sleep-walks... and sleep eats peanut butter sandwiches, to which Carol rescinds the ban so long as he cleans up the mess.

* When you first invite Deadpool back to the abbey, Caretaker, Blade and Captain Marvel can be heard repeatedly shouting "NO!" over the comms with increasing despair as the Hunter ignores them. This repeats when you invite him to stay permanently at the end of his mission line. Deadpool then promptly skips into the portal, happily saying:

Such as "[=TonyTunez=]" a portable ''record player'' Tony thought [[ThisIsGoingToBeHuge would be a success]] once vinyl started coming back. Naturally, no one wanted [[DidntThinkThisThrough a backpack-sized device that could only play 45 minutes of music]].

* Because of the way cutscenes are programmed, the extra third hero you bring on certain missions uses a shared set of generic animations, regardless of who it is. This becomes funny when you bring the Hulk or Venom on these missions. Because they use their own unique set of animations separate from the human characters, the game will revert them back to Bruce Banner and Eddie Brock respectively during cutscenes, treating you to the sight of them in their casual attire knocking mooks around like heavyweight boxers.

** Wanda starting a chat chain with the Latin phrase for 'Your ass is sad.' Magik then replies with 'Your ass is a sheep with ears and eyes.' When Wolverine says he doesn't understand, they claim that it's Transian phrases everyone should know, but get instantly called out by Strange who recognizes the phrases from 'Common Latin Insults.' Magik then tells him in Latin to 'eat my shorts' to which Strange replies she can do the same to his cape.

** The final part of Ghost Rider's research line is an upgrade to the sword in the yard, with the description saying that Strange intends to make the improvement using the fire of the Ghost Rider as a crucible. After completing the research, the description has Robbie note that Strange basically used the Spirit of Vengeance as a glorified welding torch, and that this is 'probably not going to make it into the comic books.'
** Deadpool's research upgrades include his food truck, complete with outlandish art of him on the side. Tony even notes that while he isn't sure about the actual health benefits of the food Deadpool is promising everyone, it'll be worth going along with it just to see Caretaker's face when it pulls up to the Abbey.

** While discussing the Faithbreaker suit, which is derived from a sample from Venom, Peter can advise the Hunter on how to tell if the symbiote is influencing his behavior. This includes [[Film/SpiderMan3 acting like a jerk, 'emo haircuts' and dancing on the sidewalk.]]
** After taking Spider-Man on a mission to the American Southwest, afterwards he might sheepishly ask you not to tell anyone he fell on a cactus during the mission.
** If you walk into Deadpool or stand in his personal space, he might cheekily tell you his safeword is 'banana.'
** After reaching a certain level of friendship with Wolverine, he'll ask if you want to face him in a one on one. You arrive... and find him standing in front of Robbie's game console, puzzling over how to turn it on. Carol and Blade get hilariously annoyed at this and will follow up by yelling at Hunter to go away as the latter laughs.

** During the mission to stop Lilith from assembling the Darkhold in a temple under Mount Wundagore, you have to destroy the pillars holding up the temple to collapse the mountain on top of her after arriving in the Hell Ride with Robbie and Blade. During the fight, the Spirit of Vengeance can remark that they should've driven the Hell Ride through some of the pillars. Blade remarks that he'll tell Robbie the Spirit said that, which gets a laugh from the Spirit in response.
** Towards the end of the game, Robbie can tell you that Peter is banned from sitting on the Hell Ride because his web fluid wrecks the paint job.
** If you bring Hulk on a hacking mission and order him to hack the console, he has a unique animation where he'll punch a few keys with a finger, before giving up and just pounding the keyboard with his fist.
** A lot of the idle posts on Super Link contain a bunch of very funny character interactions. Including:
*** Blade angrily demanding to know which of the Suns left a dirty washcloth in the communal bathroom. He figures out that it's Nico because Magik has a private loofa... and Robbie says right after that he thought it was a communal loofa.
*** Deadpool interrupting an unrelated conversation with messages that say SWIPE LEFT, and continuing to do so as different heroes respond with confused realization he's using the chat like a dating app. He finally declares SWIPE RIGHT when Wolverine chimes in.
