Just because this film is DarkerAndEdgier compared to its predecessors, doesn't mean it is free from any humorous moment; it actually has more funny moments than most, with some of the gags verging on slapstick.

* During an aerial shot of the wedding, Sharkey can be seen to talking Della's uncle about a fishing story as he is doing the classic reeling motion and there is also an older gentleman who has absolutely no idea to dance.

* Pam giving Professor Joe a hilariously cheeky thank you wave, after she's just held him up at gunpoint, shot at him and stole his master keys. And then snatching the bag of money out of his hands as he's fleeing the complex. The Professor seems to find her oddly endearing.

** Even better is watch the look on Pam's face in the hotel room as Bond is talking. She was royally pissed off at being called an "executive secretary".

* After sleeping with Bond, Lupe stops by the hotel room that Q and Pam are staying at to inform them that Bond is in danger and being taken to Sanchez's distribution center. She says that she loves him and is worried about him, which makes Pam jealous. So as soon as Lupe leaves the room, Pam angrily does a mocking impression of Lupe's "I love James ''so much!''" line that's just hilarious.

* Bond taking out the frogman who just got done killing Sharkey. The man had just gotten done bragging of his kill when he comes face to face with Bond and a harpoon; his last OhCrap reaction is what really sells it.

* Pam absentmindedly testing out Q's laser-camera. What takes the cake is [[https://youtu.be/zKhgGUpMTEc?t=1m56s the comical x-ray picture]] of [[SpecialEffectFailure Bond and Q]].

* Bond wakes up in bed at Sanchez's villa after the VillainousRescue from the intrepid (but now dead) Hong Kong ninja-agents. The first thing he sees the the freaky man-faced fish statue just "staring" at him with a goofy expression...Not surprising for a man with a pet iguana.

* As Truman-Lodge gives a tour of the bank to some potential Asian investors, the Asians follow Sanchez up the steps as Truman-Lodge has wandered off, although he was the one giving the tour and doing most of the talking up to that point presumably.

** What really makes it funnier is Pam's "Bullshit" after Q tells her field operatives must often use every tool at their disposal to achieve their objective. It either demonstrates that Pam feels betrayed by James or that she would never resort to using sex to achieve her objectives on a mission given the tone.

* Krest trying to convince Sanchez that Bond's over-the-top water-ski stunt actually happened. Sanchez doesn't buy it.

* When Lupe goes to smuggle Bond out of Sanchez's mansion, a random henchman unsuccessfully tries to stop her and starts freaking out.

* Pam taking charge of the master bedroom in Bond's suite, leaving him to room with Q in the guest room.
