* [[RidiculouslyCuteCritter Ren's]] [[VocalDissonance manly]] BadassBaritone voice can be hilariously incongruous if you're not expecting it.

Fans can be rest assured, while ''[=DRAMAtical=] Murder'' is not shy of several dark and disturbing themes, it still has quite the good amount of humor that can be found every now and then.

* As if Koujaku getting all flustered and nervous when he confessed to Aoba isn't funny enough, Koujaku getting a nosebleed in the middle of sex is memorably hilarious for a reason.

** Mizuki sputters loudly in utter shock when he found out that Clear is invaded his house, even wondering how Clear knows where he lives and how Clear is going to open his door since he doesn't have keys... only for Clear to open it without any issues.

* Koujaku's segment is named "Lookin' Good Today — Midorijima Fashion Check!" where he fashion comment on ladies' clothes. And the lady who will be commented by Koujaku is.... [[AbhorrentAdmirer Yoshie]], which shocks Koujaku a bit, as can be heard in his nervous stammer. Aoba then gives him Yoshie's photo and telling him that Yoshie is hearing the radio. Koujaku then struggles to give some nice comments about Yoshie, and as a result of his "smooth" talk, he gets a message from Yoshie asking if he was free tonight. Of course, Koujaku rejects Yoshie by saying he has plans, and he says it under one rushed breath.

* Clear then eats all the food, including the canned peaches, which makes Mizuki depressed. He then gets one last shock when he learns that Clear also helped himself and cleaned his house.
* Koujaku's segment is named "Lookin' Good Today — Midorijima Fashion Check!" where he fashion comment on ladies' clothes. And the lady who will be commented by Koujaku is.... [[AbhorrentAdmirer Yoshie]], which shocks Koujaku a bit, along with Aoba giving him Yoshie's photo and telling him that Yoshie is hearing the radio. Koujaku immediately says fashion comment it accurately. As a result of his smooth talk, he got a message from Yoshie asking if he was free tonight. Aoba teases him for being popular and Koujaku (of course) rejecting Yoshie by saying he has plans.
** Aoba also playfully teases Koujaku by changing the segment to "Love Attack on Koujaku". Koujaku then comments "Hey, when did the segment name change?".

* Koujaku getting a nosebleed during his sex scene with Aoba.

* "I failed to be the 'top'.", said by Aoba.

* In the [=CHiRAL=] Night 10th Anniversary event has Aoba introduce himself by [[CameFromTheSky falling from the sky above]].
** The second time happens again. After Clear, Ren, Asato, and Zenya's conversation; Aoba falls from the sky and complains "Why do I have to fall like this?".
* The April Fools drama features [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yfz1A0u7uZc&feature=youtu.be&t=1m46s Noiz modifying Ren's voice]] that he sounds ''a lot more'' high-pitched than his default deep voice, taking his usual VocalDissonance UpToEleven.
** Prior to that, there's Noiz and Mink strangely acting defensively when asked if they have someone they like, with Ren preventing them from leaving by sprawling himself on their laps.
** There's also a scene where Clear does his segment called "Attack! Dinner at the Neighbors". Where Clear will invade someone’s house and investigate what’s for dinner tonight, the house where Clear will be invaded is.... Mizuki's. Of course, hilarious moments for us while [[ButtMonkey humiliating moments for Mizuki happened]].
*** First, it shocks Mizuki when he found out that Clear is invaded his house, he even says how did Clear know where he lives. Then Mizuki says how Clear is going to open his door since he doesn't have keys to open it. Only for Clear to open it without any issues, along Mizuki says " HOW THE HELL–--" and Clear replies "How indeed! It shall remain one of humanity’s greatest mysteries! Well then, let’s just go right in, shall we~!".
*** Second, after Clear goes inside Mizuki's home, Mizuki begs Aoba to not let Clear go further inside his house. Then, Clear says that Mizuki is dark so he's going to turn on the lights. And finds out that Mizuki's house is a complete mess.
*** Third, Clear found tattoo magazines under Mizuki's bed which embarrassed and annoyed Mizuki. Then Clear searched through his fridge and found potato salad from the convenience store, canned peaches, and alcohols. Aoba immediately comments about his canned peaches as if he's a patient at the hospital.
*** And fourth, has Clear eaten his canned peaches which makes Mizuki depressed about it and cleaned his house which makes Mizuki shocks even further.
