Just as the poor tribesman gets up, the staff falls on top of his head and knocks him out cold. Once he finishes his speech, he sits down, accidentally blaring the horn with his gut. Despite this careless display, however, Papu manages [[ImprobableParkingSkills a perfect three-point turn]] to avoid actually running over any of his subjects on the way out. After you beat him, the key he's about to give you has a donut ringed around it, which Papu eats off before handing it over.
