It's hard to tell if he actually gets clients out here and is still doing business, or is so strict and regimented that he asks on principal, but either way it's absurd and hilarious.

** Even more funnier is how in the one shot Wonka peaks up and watches Violet inflate, and in the next shot, he simply looks in disgust and ''sloooooowly'' goes back down.
