But if we pay close attention, [[spoiler: RAF Kinloss, at least in our real life, was only a small training establishment grounds, never intended as a massive base of operations for the Allied Forces.]] This shows that in this alternate reality, [[spoiler: the Allied Forces might have turned every remaining airbase in England to became fully operational given the desperate situation of the war]]. Makes the prologue mission of ''the New Order'' to become all the way more tragic...

This also makes B.J.'s dismissal of Kessler's insistence that you do not take out every Nazi you see on the way HarsherInHindsight, especially if you [[spoiler: fail to save him]].
* Assuming Annette survives, things won't be looking too good for her when you consider that not only is she a Jew but also implied to be homosexual, both of which the Nazis viewed as subhuman and needing to be exterminated. It doesn't make her future optimistic. Best case scenario Annette and her lover manage to join the resistance, probably forcing them to spend the rest of their lives in hiding, but that's assuming they aren't sent to a Concentration Camp first. [[spoiler: Slightly brightened by the fact that Fergus' men seem to be picking them up in the aftermath of Wulfburg meaning they're presumably hitching a ride back to Britain with BJ. In this world Britain falls in the end as well of course but it would give Annette and her lover more time to find somewhere to hide.]]
