** Also, how fitting is it that Ochako actually "rescues" Izuku from his toxic friendship with Bakugou by having everyone know about the swan dive incident.

* Even though Bakugo was cut off from his meetings with Izuku and All Might, he still has valuable information about One For All and it's current holder. And with him having reached [[DespairEventHorizon his brink of despair]] after being expelled and [[TheDogBitesBack told off by his former victim]], that information can be taken from him by All For One either by force or [[FaceHeelTurn willingly]].

** Worse--Kirishima supported and enabled that bully. Momo internally notes in Chapter 1 that Kirishima's support for Bakugou was one of the main reasons the class normalized Bakugou's behavior and ignored his hostility towards Izuku. Kirishima's actions helped give Bakugou more opportunity to hurt Izuku.

swan dive incident.

* Apparently the reason Aizawa always defended Bakugou was because he projected his own experiences as a victim of Quirk discrimination onto the explosive blonde which led to him downplaying his problematic behaviors. What are the chances that Bakugou ''wasn't'' the first problematic student to have had their behaviors excused by Aizawa and thus [[NominalHero allowed to graduate from Yuuei without consequences?]] Keep in mind that Aizawa's skewed standards as a SadistTeacher remained unquestioned for years until the recent reveal of Bakugou's SuicideDare.

* Ochako is regarded as a healthier alternative for being Izuku's SecretKeeper compared to Bakugou when you consider the types of Heroes they want to be. Bakuou is driven to become the Next Number One Hero who can vanquish any villain with his raw power. Lamentably, he has zero patience when it comes to offering aid or support to potential victims, regardless if there are villains to defeat or not. This turns him into a detriment during the One For All meetings as he's only focused on the power scale between him and Izuku, making him come off as condescending and haughty over his vast experience. Meanwhile, Ochako wants to be a Rescue Hero and offer genuine support to not only the victims but also to other Pro Heroes. Her attention is towards the person of interest and helping them overcome a dire crisis, which in this case is Izuku taking on the burden of One For All.

* Mixing in with FridgeSadness, Kirishima’s outrage at Bakugo after learning what he had done to Izuku takes a much more saddening tone when it’s revealed that his Quirkless cousin was bullied to suicide. He saw a lot of her in Bakugo, hence wanting to befriend and defend him, only to learn the hard way not only is Bakugo a bully himself, ''he actually suggested that Izuku kill himself and tried justifying it after he was exposed.'' Imagine how that must had felt to Kirishima as not only he had lost someone to suicide due to bullying, he ending up trying to befriend a bully that had essentially tried to get someone else to do the same because of what happened to his cousin.
