But he ''did'' brag about raping and torching someone in that very period (coincidence that misdirected Dixon in first place). Ladies and gentlemen, we have a war criminal on the loose.
** Not just this, but he stated to have had company while he did this. There were an ''entire crew'' of soldiers who delighted in raping and torturing.
