* In 3, why does Flumpty say you never made it to 6 AM in any of his games? Simple. You made it to H/SP AM, not 6 AM.And if it is BreakingTheFourthWall and the player hasn't played/beaten the first two games, the point still stands The developer commentary and the ending of the third game both confirm this. In the normal mode, you make it to [=SALAMI=], not 6 AM, and get the bad ending. When you clear Hard Boiled Mode, you actually do make it to 6 AM and get the good ending.

Look at the clock in the ending cutscenes in 3; the bad ending's clock doesn't have "6" on its face so you'll never get to 6 AM, but the good ending's clock has "6" so you actually got to that time.

* Grunkfuss' gimmick of not wanting his picture in 3 taken might be seen as a unique function, but it makes sense if you check CAM 6. It's a museum of clown art, and is Grunkfuss' starting location. Museums are known for putting 'No Flash Photography' warnings in various exhibits.

* In the cast roll for 3, Redman, Grunkfuss, Beavowl, and Eyesaur look tense rather than the goofy and carefree attitudes of Birthday Boy Blam, Golden Flumpty and the egg himself, especially compared to the credits in previous games. Combined with how their personalities work, its likely that these aren't just incidental sketches; they're the last time these characters were seen alivr moments before Flumpty slaughtered them for their failures.

** With these in mind, his gimmick in general tends to revolve heavily around cameras, and attacking in relation to their presence around him. In [=ONaF 1=] he slowly enters the room more and more as you use the cameras, presumably because he just hates the system and the noises it makes. And in 2, he has a patience meter that you can only reliably keep track of without memorizing it by turning on the camera in his room, with his patience likely relating to how long he's willing to sit in there with the camera running.

* Why does Flumpty kill the other characters? Because they're his "friends", as are you. They're all playing his game, albiet in a different role from what you're doing. When you lose his game, you die. When they lose the final game against you, they die.

* The fact that Flumpty gets a second night all to himself in 3 doesn't make "One Night At Flumpty's" an ArtifactTitle. Typically, the titular five nights take place over a week, one night after the other, but Flumpty's Night isn't the next night after, it's the first night you just finished, but Flumpty rewound it. You technically are still doing one night at Flumpty's.

* The title screen for 3 features Flumpty covered in blood. This isn't just to be creepy, it's Foreshadowing. That's his buddies' blood he's coated in.

I felt like the fact that was mentioned in Funny In Hindsight could also work for here too, since it involves a hidden detail that goes unnoticed until the player really give some thought into it

Added DiffLines:

* In One Night at Flumpty's, there is a map of Utah on the wall on the player's "office". Why is this random map here you may ask? Simple: The Five Nights at Freddy's novels are set in Utah, and it is implied that also goes for the games too, so of course a fangame of the series would not only take place in the same universe, but also take place in the same setting too.

*** According to 3s Developer Commentary (kinda), if you include all the main nights, the Hard-Boiled nights, and Flumpty Night, the player spent one whole week in Flumpty's world.

* Eyesaur consists of Flupty's past victims. Basing on the number of eyes, in 1, it consists of 15 people (30 eyes / 2 eyes per person = 15 people). In 2, there are 10 people (20 / 2 = 10). In One Week, 11 heads can be spotted. In 3, there are 10 heads in its texture for when it is at the door. But how many people became victims to Flumpty's game before he had the idea to create Eyesaur? Are there more victims in Eyesaur than the amount of heads shown in their respective games?

* The bad ending in 3 could be considered an AssPull, if you haven't read the newspaper in 2's Hard-Boiled Mode ending. Flumpty caused the apocalypse with that meteor, meaning that during your time playing his games, everything already went to hell. It's only 3's Good Ending where Flumpty restores everything.

Why does the Owl disregard your exposure meter? Since your exposure doesn't increase when the lights are off, it's a safe assumption that it only increases when the monsters can see you. Owls can see in the dark, meaning turning the lights off would do nothing, so the game just cuts to the chase and has the Owl instantly kill you instead of making you deal with ControllableHelplessness.
