* The 'Murder' part of the title [[NeverTrustATitle seems nonsensical at first]], as there are no actual murders performed (save for some of the characters' flashbacks, and [[spoiler:Mink's murder of Toue at the end of his route]]) but it actually makes sense when you realize that [[spoiler:Toue's plan consists of brainwashing people to no end]]. Notice how [[spoiler:the Morphine members looked. They have been endlessly brainwashed to the point that they are considered brain-dead]]. And if [[spoiler:you are brain-dead, you wouldn't live like how humans live normally]]. In a sense, [[spoiler:Toue's plans really ''is'' a [[IncrediblyLamePun dramatical murder]]]].

* Be reminded that the [[spoiler: last scene in Clear's bad ending involves him suddenly crying when he was preparing to remove Aoba's limbs. Does this mean that remnants of his old self remain? What would happen if he regains all his memories, and realizes just what he had done to Aoba?]]

* In the drama CD, Mink reveals that [[spoiler: the drug Toue sought after, while it does alter a person's scent, is done so to provide a sense of tranquility of the person, and is not used as a heroin-like drug that Toue mistook it to be. Therefore, if you think about it, Mink's clan died because of a mere ''rumor''. If Toue had known the truth, or had simply confirmed if the rumor was true by peaceful means, then the entire massacre would not have happened.]]
