* The Mega Playboy may have had a hundred children, one per each of his lovers, and his male descendants may be doing the same, but that can't possibly amount for the overpopulation, so blaming the rise of the Mega Playboy for it and trying to stop his awakening may seem absurd... But there's actually two good reasons:
** First, the Mega Playboy is a ''symbol'' against whatever measure the governments are trying to use to counter the overpopulation, and a flashback in the manga shows there's people who actually admire him. Preventing his appearance would make the government's measures more effective, at least by lessening the opposition;
