* Viari's two main ordeals in season 9 finale were a stealth comeback by Chris for all of Pat's rules-lawyering earlier! Think about it: first, Chris brings back [[spoiler:Danielle the Drow]], the only other notable rogue in the series thus far, who basically out-rogues Viari by pulling the same AffectionatePickpocket trick on him that he used on Vannifer (and it takes Pat a full ten minutes to realize that and check his possessions!). Then, the falling beholder tank is essentially the FallingChandelierOfDoom trick that Viari pulled on the Viper and his men in season 7, but in reverse!
* Portentia's comment about Auspicia not enjoying the company of men makes a lot more sense if the party's suspicion about [[MyFutureSelfAndME her being Omin from the future turns out to be true]].
** {{Jossed}} with the debut of the spin-offs, which reveal that Auspicia and Omin are fraternal twins.

* Why has Chris not only allowed, but actively facilitated the massive {{metafiction}}al DeusExMachina in the season 11 finale, which allowed the party to skip 95% of the Tomb of Annihilation with no consequences? Because [=AcqInc=] live events are essentially promotional tours for the Wizards' products, and he did not want to spoil the vast majority of the Tomb's traps and monsters to potential customers in the audience! Oh, and the fact that a module like that usually takes ''days'' to complete probably had something to do with that.

** Where did Omin's second sister come from all of a sudden in season 9? She's actually Jerry's invention, just like Portentia! Chris introduced the latter [[ArcWelding based on a story Jerry told in season 4]], but when Jerry didn't remember it himself and invented a whole new story on the spot, Chris did the exact same thing again and made that ''second'' story canon, too!
