Added DiffLines:

** Earlier in the series, Robert Baratheon admits that he ''never asked'' Jaime about Aerys' last words and Jaime answers, very matter-of-factly, that Aerys' last words were the same thing he'd been saying for hours: "burn them all". The look of horror on Robert's face doesn't make much sense to the viewer at that point (why would Robert be surprised at the Mad King burning people, that was his thing) and he's not. [[spoiler: ''Everyone'' judges Jaime as the Kingslayer because impeccably-honorable Ned Stark, as one of the victors who got a Hand (literally and figuratively) in writing the history book, jumped to conclusions, and ''nobody'' ever just asked. The fact that Jaime had the same reason for killing Aerys that Robert did himself had clearly never dawned on him.]]

Added DiffLines:

** It's subtle, but immediately after Cersei's mention of said black-haired child, the very next scene takes place at the ''blacksmith'', suggesting an early nod to Gendry, Robert's bastard.
* When Robb is wishing Jon farewell as he leaves for the wall, he says the next time they see each other, Jon will be all in black. Jon says "It was always my color." [[spoiler: Black and red are the House Targaryen colors.]]
