* TookALevelInBadass: Kenny. He changes from a dork who can't kiss a girl and doesn't know when to pick a fight to a man who can floor a Mexican drug lord in one punch and can kiss a girl with such passion that she loses all her anger towards him.

He has several occasions where he sounds like a scolding father (see HypocriticalHumor for an example), and despite his frequent {{Jerkass}} behavior and insensitive comments, he gives Kenny genuine advice for how to be more confident around girls, and offers to advise him with "birds and the bees" stuff whenever he needs it. His Team Dad status is finally solidified and best displayed in the climax when [[spoiler:he pleads for Pablo Chicon to just kill him, and to let the rest of his family and the Fitzgeralds go]].

* PaedoHunt: David refuses to do the job with just Kenny, the only protagonist who never [[RefusalOfTheCall refuses the call]],because he complains

Denver pot dealer David Clark (Creator/JasonSudeikis) gets his money and stash stolen. His boss (Creator/EdHelms) offers to waive his debt ''and'' pay him a hundred thousand dollars if he [[RoadTripPlot goes to]] [[SouthOfTheBorder Mexico]] to pick up [[BlatantLies "a smidge--maybe a smidge and a half"]] of marijuana from his supplier for him. Or he can just kill him now.
