** Miles waits a whole ten seconds before leaving his hiding place in Robert's home. However, the movie is at least nice enough to indicate the bad guys were fairly certain someone was in the place behind a hidden wall, so there is a chance that had he waited an appropriate amount of time before leaving, then they still would've kidnapped him anyway. That being said, the kid seriously should have waited longer before coming out of the hiding spot.

* JustifiedCriminal: Discussed and subverted in regards to Miles nearly joining a gang. Miles argues that, besides wanting to get revenge on a separate gang for killing his brother, his current talents aren't going to put food on the table for his mother. Robert proceeds to dissuade Miles by making him realize that he isn't nearly cold blooded enough to actually take a life or put his own on the line.

* InformedAbility: are supposed to be elite operatives, nearly on a level with Robert. They don't show any of this, except for who is a good shot with a sniper rifle. During the climax they let their opponent pick the battlefield, split up instead of sticking together, look only at what is directly in front of them, enter buildings and rooms without properly clearing them, etc. Even with , they can't even take advantage of it. Robert must have spent his entire career carrying these incompetents.
