* CowboyCop: Detective Rainer. The first scene of the movie has his commanding officer him not to engage with Tinkerman until backup arrives. Rainer immediately ignores the order.

'the Knight', is an EvilutionaryBiologist who controls most of the gang activity in the city, and uses kidnapping and human trafficking to supply him with human subjects for his experiments. He has pale skin and white hair, his eyes have been repaved by cybernetic ones, he has an extreme sensitivity to light, and he prefers to dwell underground. Rainer even comments that "he doesn't look like the beach type".

* BlindedByTheLight: Rainer blinds the EvilAlbino Talen by spinning round a corner and shining a flashlight directly in his eyes.
