''The Bothersome Man'' is a Norwegian film from 2006.
The story revolves around our hero, Andreas, who suddenly arrives in an ordinary, present-day metropolis that is outwardly perfect, but in essence a dispassionate, soulless hell. Throughout his stay in the unnamed city, Andreas witnesses many disturbing things that are presented in a completely mundane, everyday context (such as a crew of ho-hum workers removing a man impaled upon an iron fence).
