In a post-apocalyptic world, there exists a woman named Juliette (Brittany Ashworth). She was out scouting for her group one day when, on the way back, her car flips, and she gets knocked out. When she comes to, she discovers that she has a broken leg, and it's night out, which isn't ideal because of the hostile creatures called Reapers that roam the landscape when the sun sets.

Now, Juliette needs to survive until morning while keeping the Reaper outside her van at bay. While all this is happening, we also get glimpses into Juliette's past, from before the world was destroyed. Before that, she met and has a romance with a charming french man known as Jack (Grégory Fitoussi).
