Ten years have passed since the Go-Ongers defeated Gaiark, its Prime Minister and its President. Now, Earth has a new defense system developed by Defense Minister Shinichiro Noizumi to maintain and protect the peace. However, this comes at a cost: the Engines from Engine World can't return to their partners anymore. To make matters worse, the Go-Ongers are now marked for immediate termination on sight by the police, as per a new law prohibiting any and all Sentai operations, with Saki Royama serving as their public relations officer assisting in the witch hunt, and Hiroto Suto disappearing after Noizumi was targeted in an act of terror. Now, the remaining Go-Ongers must investigate what's going on and the truth behind Noizumi's actions and save the day before it's too late, but with a young boy, who's also targeted by the cops, entering into their care, this job may be far more difficult than anticipated...

* RecursiveAdaptation: Interestingly with the darker themes, robotic conversion of several people including an important female to the team and a city locked away from the rest of the world, this movie draws more inspiration from the Power Rangers adaptation of the show than the actual ''Go-Onger'' itself. The show's typical goofiness is not as present here, though it does have it's moments.
