When Glen Ross first enters, he acts like he owns the place (which he ''is'' the boss of), demands that a woman at the help desk hang up and dust her table, and completely humiliates his younger brother, the manager of the store. However, he's very appreciative when the employees do their jobs well and win the softball match.
* TheDogBitesBack: At the end, after Vince [[spoiler:is fired and put on probation for stealing]], Jorge finally stands up to him.
