Brick Bardo (Tim Thomerson), a CowboyCop on the planet Arturos, pursues his archnemesis Sprug (Creator/FrankCollison) into an energy field that transports both of them onto Planet Earth, in the Bronx, where they are only 1/6 the size of everyone else. The neighborhood they land in is ruled by Braxton Red (Creator/JackieEarleHaley) and his criminal gang. Brick befriends local woman Debi Alejandro (Kamala Lopez), who enlists him in her fight against Braxton.

Brick warns him that his gun will blast right through the woman, then through the hostage taker, then through the woman behind him. All the hostages faint, pinning the criminal to the floor.
