* CoversAlwaysLie: While the Creator/BorisVallejo artwork is quite good, the BarbarianHero and DamselInDistress on the cover do not look anything like Rich Hill or Barbie Benton. Also, there are no ogres or trolls, like those on the cover, in the movie.

Which R. E. Howard fans regard this film as being closer to the tone and content of the original Conan stories? And more to the point, which Conan stories feature copious rape, gladiatorial competitions, pig-faced men, mud wrestling, sex changing magic, hunched goblins, and glowing enchanted swords that made Conan invincible?

This movie is probably the most [[{{Gorn}} violent]] and sexual of the Film/DeathstalkerSeries. In fact, many fans of Creator/RobertEHoward have noted that this film is closer in tone and content to the original ''Franchise/ConanTheBarbarian'' stories than the ''Conan the Barbarian movie'' was. Similar comparisons have also been made about this movie and John Norman's Literature/{{Gor}} books, particularly by fans of the later who are displeased that the Literature/{{Gor}} movies are surprisingly sex free. There is, however, NO relation to the ''Literature/{{Deathstalker}}'' novel series by Simon R. Green.

The titular Deathstalker (in this film at least) is a typical BarbarianHero, minus the Hero. In the opening of the film, we see him rescuing a bandit beset by [[BeastMan beastmen]]... only to kill the bandit himself before trying to have his way with the bound DamselInDistress the bandit was raping a moment earlier. [[HeroicComedicSociopath Our hero, ladies and gentlemen!]]

Character is not muscular. Other entry has Zero Context.

** Barbi Benton, of course.
** Also Lana Clarkson, as the AmazonianBeauty who is topless is every scene she appears in but one.

A proper Amazonian Beauty entry/example needs to explain how muscular the character is and explain how the work portrays them as attractive. (Fanservice Tropes, making them a Love Interest, tropes typical used to present a character as attractive)

* AmazonianBeauty: Kaira. Despite a {{Stripperiffic}} costume, she is a better fighter than Oghris.
