* CreepyCrossdresser: The BigBad's chief lieutenant is a cross-dresser (implied to be a transsexual) nicknamed King Kong. He is prone to throwing hissy fits whenever thing don't go his way.

* CarnivalOfKillers: Recognizing how useless his own thugs are, Dragon hires a group known as the Five Nation Bounty Hunters to take out the Chai Lais. The groups consists a ScaryBlackMan, a NinjaMaid [[KatanasAreJustBetter wielding a katana]], [[BladeOnAStick a martial artist with a bladed staff]], and [[MartialArtsAndCrafts a rhythmic gymnast wielding ribbons as weapons]].

* ReverseMole: The BigBad Dragon cannot figure how the Chai Lais always manage to turn up in time to thwart his schemes. At the end of the film, the Chai Lais handler reveals that he had a spy planted in Dragan's oragnisation. [[spoiler:It's Katherine.]]

''Chai Lai Angels: Dangerous Flowers'' is a 2006 Thai action film about five female top-secret crimefighters, each with the codename of a flower: Lotus, Hibiscus, Rose, Spadix and Crown of Thorns (a.k.a. Poy-sian). The premise is modelled after ''Film/CharliesAngels''.

* DiedInYourArmsTonight: After Gus is shot InTheBack by Mei Ling, he collapse forward into Roses arms, where he expires.

* ExcessiveEvilEyeshadow: CreepyCrossdresser King Kong uses excessive amounts of eyeshadow; none of which helps him look any more feminie. Especially noticeable during the battle at the castle, where it looks as if his eyes have sprouted metallic green butterfly wings.

* EyeScream: A flashback reveals that Rose put out Drakie's eye by jamming a blade into it.

Miki, the daughter of a professor and martial arts master, is sought after by an organised crime syndicate for her knowledge of the location of a hidden treasure, the Andaman Pearl. Five sexy undercover agents--Rose, Lotus, Crown of Thorns, Spadix and Hibiscus--known as Chai Lai Angels are enlisted to protect her. However, the Chai Lai Angels are overtaken in an attack, which concludes with Miki being kidnapped. These dangerous flowers must use all of their resources and skills to fight and recover Miki and protect the Andaman Pearl. But, as they soon find out, this mission is unlike any they've encountered before.

* OneDimensionalThinking: When Mei Ling attempts to run Chen down, he has an empty empty parking lot to escape in, including pillars he could duck behind. Instead, he chooses to run directly in front of her car.

* TankGoodness: The heroines have been trapped in a cage by Kong, and the CarnivalOfKillers and an army of {{Mook}}s. When they do a quick count of their numbers, they realise that Hibiscus is missing. At this point, Hibiscus comes round the corner commanding a ''tank'' being driven by Chen, which quickly puts the bad guys to flight.

* ClassyCane: BigBad Dragon carries a silver-tipped cane as part of his AgentPeacock persona. When he gets made at one point, he accidentally drives the ferule [[AgonyOfTheFeet through Kong's foot]].
