The next day, she finds out that Diamond was killed in a carriage accident, and she spends much of the story guilty for her wish. * BrokenBird: Diamond Tiara, who was emotionally distant from her father and dealt with her inner pain by bullying others. The only times she ever felt truly happy was when she was hanging out with Silver Spoon and babysitting foals.

No thanks to Diamond Tiara, Scootaloo really hates bullies, so much that she initially believes that they are incapable of any feeling or kindness, and even acts coldly to her teacher when she finds out that she was a bully in her younger years. She is eventually taught by Cheerilee not to let her hate and stresses consume her lest she become a bully herself, especially since she won't have her best friends by her side in middle school.

** Silver Spoon acted cautious around her friend Diamond Tiara for a time because of her role in the Gabby Gums incident.
