* EngineeredPublicConfession: How Sai brings down Cervantes. Cervantes's men kill the way for recordings to reach the outside world....except for the old land line. Sai gets the landline working and than has his friend Ashino get Cervantes's dragon to admit on tape that yeah most of Blue Cosmos's leadership don't even really believe the racist nonsense they're spouting, but do so because fanning the flames of war makes them really fucking rich. They go further and also acknowledge that Coordinators are nowhere numerous enough to do any of the horrible things they say would happen to Naturals.
