Pirates Of The Ring is a 2003 Crossover Fanfic written by Aelaer, combining the ''Film/TheLordOfTheRings'' and ''Franchise/PiratesOfTheCaribbean'' series. It basically follows this premise: after successfully killing Barbossa and regaining his title of captain of the Black Pearl, Jack Sparrow(along with Anamaria and Gibbs) is taking Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann on a honeymoon tour of the Caribbean, when they are unexpectedly transported to Middle-Earth- specifically, the Shire at the start of Bilbo Baggins' 111th birthday- just in time to be drafted into escorting the hobbits. Gradually, they form friendships and alliances with the rest of the Fellowship, while Jack struggles with his own inner desires for the One Ring...
