What if the Franchise/AceAttorney series was set in a world containing various locations from different Nintendo series, where Phoenix has to defend characters who appear in the SuperSmashBros series? You get different people being murdered, and the pop culture references are all related to the series the characters come from, but apart from that, there's no difference.

''[[https://docs.google.com/View?docid=df4qzjdz_3f7393nd7 Phoenix's SSBB Case Files]]'' is a Crossover FanFic written by [=ShadowKnux372=] betwenn the Franchise/AceAttorney series with the settings and characters from SuperSmashBros. Originally starting more as a joke post, the series quickly took off, and became much more than originally intended.

A Crossover FanFic written by ShadowKnux372, Phoenix's SSBB Case Files crosses over the AceAttorney series with the settings and characters from SuperSmashBros. Originally starting more as a joke post, the series quickly took off, and became much more than originally intended.

Twelve cases have been made so far. A 13th was in production, but was lost when the computer containing it broke down.

* ShoutOut: From the Smash Dojo, to the games the characters came from, to other games and media, there are a good number of references per case.
* UpToEleven: In Alternate Turnabout, [[spoiler:Larry]] tells [[spoiler:Phoenix]] he needs to do this to his "Objection!" cry. How does he demonstrate? [[spoiler:By quoting GGundam, or course!]]
* YourMileageMayVary: Between characterization, story details, and the like, this is going to happen. The author himself has admitted some of his cases are better than others, and that even his best isn't perfect.

* AlternateUniverse: Two actually, in the aptly-named Alternate Turnabout # 1 and # 2.
* GuestStarPartyMember: Sort of. Doc Louis from PunchOut assists Apollo in one case. As well as Doc Louis usually assists, in any case.
* LegacyCharacter: Little Mac. He's actually using the same moniker as the one from 15 years ago. [[spoiler:This is actually one reason the crime in question happened.]]
* LostForever: The first part of the first case, having been created before the series was popular enough to warrant archiving of the posts. The in-production 13th case may count as well.
