* OurSpiritsAreDifferent: The story dabbles with this with the spirits of Danmachi and the Spirit Dream Eaters. It causes concern to Hestia about how the Dream Eaters could draw attention due to being spirits (which are beloved by the gods) and unheard of in Orario in addition to the possibility of them being mistaken for monsters.

** Sora himself is also this to any of the people from Orario he fights. Adventurers are due to their Falna generally superior to ordinary people with there being a limit to how strong you can get without a Falna and outside of Orario it's already impressive to reach Level 3 while Sora has fought opponents or performed feats equivalent to Level 5, 6, 7 and superior level despite being a Level 1 who is new to Orario. Aside from his strength his abilities also contribute to making him this with a simple Formchange from him being [[spoiler:outside the realm of Ottar's experiences and winning the fight against Ottar for Sora]]. Hephaestus believes that people would try to hunt after Sora or try to get rid of him for the potential threat he poses if the truth about him spread to everyone.

* MortonsFork: This is what the situation would be if Sora managed to find the door to the heart of Danmachi's world with the Heartless around. If he opens the door, the Heartless can enter and consume the heart behind it but without opening the door he can't get the Gummi Blocks which he needs for the Gummi Ship that he needs in order to return home.

* CuttingTheKnot: Sora and Bell offer to help Miach and his Familia get out of debt by collecting several rare potion ingredients. Upon hearing that they simply need potions to ''sell'' rather than the ingredients themselves, Sora decides to simply give them ''most of his supply of healing items'', giving them a full stock of valuable goods and bypassing the need to go on any FetchQuest's.
* TheCorruption: As in canon, TheHeartless corrupt sentient and sapient beings by stealing their hearts away, increasing their numbers in the process. [[spoiler:Zanis is the first adventurer in Orario that gets turned into a Heartless on-screen.]]

** As the Loki Familia are discussing consulting Sora about the black monsters they've encountered, Ais comes in to inform him that he and his party have just arrived on the 18th Floor.

** Sora went into the final battle with Xehanort with ''a lot'' of healing items. They prove enough to stock the Miach Familia's store with a few left over.

* CrazyPrepared: The Hestia Familia's plan to ensure Lili can leave the Soma Familia has several contingencies in case just handing over the money isn't enough. Zanis refuses to let them see Soma? [[spoiler:They have Hestia nearby hidden with a Vanish spell so she can prove that he's lying.]] He decides to just have the Familia members attack? Even leaving out Sora and Bell are there as backup [[spoiler:Shakti and the Ganesha Familia are hanging back listening for enough evidence to arrest them. If not for Zanis being able to summon Heartless]], the plan would have gone off without a hitch.

* ImStandingRightHere: Lili and Welf have such a moment with Sora.

** Both [[spoiler:Hephaestus]] and Hestia think that this is the case with Sora having saved all worlds 3 times compared to the achievements of any of the adventurers.

** Sora comes across an adventurer trio and they mention that a [[WesternAnimation/SouthPark Kenny was killed]].
** The new Hestia Familia home is based on the Glade Mansion from Final Fantasy XIV.

* SpeakOfTheDevil: As soon as Bell asks about the Heartless and Sora begins to answer the Heartless show up in the Dungeon.

* {{Tsundere}}: Loki flat out describes the way Bete acts towards Sora after the fight against the Behemoth Heartless with this.

** Welf who is the one smith who doesn't want to forge magic swords despite his lineage ends up in the same party as Sora whose easy access to materials for powerful magic swords means that pretty much any other smith would want to team up with him. The end result is a very envious Tsubaki.

* LoopholeAbuse: Tsubaki hopes that being on good terms with Sora could potentially result in him introducing his blacksmith to her which would allow her to circumvent the condition of not being able to ask Sora about his weapons.

** During the Denatus in Chapter 18, Loki had the chance to reveal Sora's existence to the other gods. She could have them pressure and question Hestia on why a Level 1 like Sora is as powerful as a Level 5, but she doesn't. Despite the personal rivalry Loki has with her, she's not that cruel or petty to toss Hestia to the wolves and drag the other gods in their little feud. Not to mention, everyone would be gunning for Sora to join their Familias if they found out about him when she currently has plans to tempt him to join hers.

* TheMaze: One sits right underneath the city of Orario, called the Dungeon. It has multiple floors, with monsters getting stronger per floor. They also grow out of the walls.
