We don’t visit it all but it can be assumed by the name alone that it basically is this trope, as well as by the fact it’s natives seem to all be redheads with a certain accent.

* AnyoneCanDie: Lady Mairghread in Chapter 6 is built up to be a personal antagonist for Elise, though the entire character arc is concluded by the end of the chapter and Mairghread is removed from life at the very end as well. On the protagonists side, [[spoiler:Mighty the Armadillo]] dies trying to save the life of Charmy Bee while on Angel Island, and became the first non-robotic Sonic character to perish in-fic. It's also very doubtful that every single civilian made it out okay when Eggman's robots chased after Elise & Espio in the New City district, nor all of the Soleanna royal guards when Blaze & Silver charged into the train terminal on their "mission". And let's not even get started on Crisis City...

into the train terminal on their "mission". And let's not even get started on Crisis City...film and was integral to its plot, is killed off in the cold opening of Chapter 17 in a very [[CruelAndUnusualDeath slow and painful fashion]].

** New Genesis is also mentioned in Chapter 13, the explanation for their absence in the old timeline being that they were at war with the Lantern corps for control over their rings - which allowed Darkseid to run rampant as shown in the movies. This in turn meant that emotions like fear (read: Sinestro) and rage (read: Atrocitus) received major boosts, with the red lanters having at one point overpowered Metron, willingly giving the mobius chair to Darkseid. The travel to the future was involuntarily caused by the villains while the travel to the past was voluntary on part of Shadow & Silver.
** Whereas ''Apokolips War'' ended with current year being 2020, the new timeline's current year is 2006. It is unknown if this is because of the new timeline simply using a different dating system or if Barry really did wake up at a point 14 years too early.
