It's interesting to note that many of the clones are ''not'' forced to attend school. Misaka- 10032 apparently just wanders the city all day, and Misaka-10901 seems to have nothing better to do in Hawaii than drink pina coladas on the beach and surf. Someone (whether it be the Sisters themselves or their doctors) appears to be allowing them to live various lives throughout the Network, rather than forcing them all to live "normal" lives.
