After Bakura plucks the Millennium Eye out later, near the end of the Duelist Kingdom arc, he gives Pegasus a dummy eye as a replacement in the manga (the show is vague, but it's still established that Bakura plucks it out; the dummy doesn't do him much good in the manga, [[spoiler:since Bakura killed him shortly before putting it in anyway]]). TheMovie later had Pegasus show Kaiba what can only be assumed to be an empty socket or the dummy eye, and we get to see Kaiba squirm in response.
