** ''Immediate Murder Professionals'', or I.M.P., is a Hell-run MurderInc agency that specializes in killing living people who have wronged their victims. They do their best to avoid unnecessary damage or casualties unless they are targets as well. When Moxxie accidentally shoots a young boy in the pilot, they're clearly horrified and try to save his life. In episode 3, when Blitzo make a wager with his ex Verosika that I.M.P. can kill more people than she can seduce, Moxxie reminds him that they can't just go up to the human world and slaughter random innocents; they need clients. Blitzo agrees with him, and decides to post a flier advertising a sale on murders.

** While this has more to do with ''professional'' standards than ''moral'' ones, I.M.P. is dedicated to stay on mission and only willing to perform other types of jobs if they get to kill anyone related to said jobs. For example, in Episode 2, they only agree to bodyguard a high-class demon because doing so allows them to kill those who are after him.
