* ExtremeDoormat: Chiyo is very passive, and mercilessly exploited by her older siblings. Despite being a lot more threatening in-game, Regan still ends up being this, albeit less extreme.
* FishOutOfWater: While not as bad as Goneril, Dragun quickly realizes in their first fight that she is just a novice player given capped stats due to her lack of technique.

* MiddleChildSyndrome: As Goneril is the older sister and Cordelia is the youngest and Lear's favourite, Chiyo feels like she can't stand out on her own.

* TheHeavy: While Lear is the main threat, most of his non-personal crimes have been committed by Draco's hands.

* TheLawOfDiminishingDefensiveEffort: Exploited by Darkstar. When he tells Jesus-kun and Dragun about how to beat him, he asks them to go for a huge initial burst of damage as Draco won't even defend himself due to how invincible he thinks he is. [[spoiler:Doesn't stick, as Draco still is immortal, but this does cause him to play his "fake death" card very early.]]

* BitchInSheepsClothing: Lear appears as a competent businessman in real life enough to get into the good graces of MICHIKA's parents (even though he's working to betray them). And yes, he was comparatively nice in the first part.

** The fact that there's an antagonist at all, let alone a true VillainAntagonist, is the biggest contrast.
** But compared to both Daystar and Rockwald (who had the role of the FinalBoss), Lear is not a [[WorthyOpponent honorable opponent]]: he locks the log-out button for STRATA players, hacks the servers so log-ins get redirected to his own game, [[IHaveYouNowMyPretty locks MICHIKA in his admin-only room]] to take over her parents' company, and when it fails, does the same to Cordelia and [[BlackmailIsSuchAnUglyWord uses her to pressure Darkstar into doing his bidding]]. Also, he's obviously incompetent at game design, with his only talent being his gorgeous art, and [[UnskilledButStrong he needs to abuse his admin tools to be a threat]].

* FauxAffablyEvil: Especially obvious in how he deals with Darkstar. He speaks formal and polite while preying on the boy's ego in what is essentially blackmail.
* TheGMIsACheatingBastard: The entirety of his threat level comes from this. He disables magic in his admin rooms and blinks his avatar as fast as his perceptions allow him to. He also uses [[InfinityPlusOneSword STRATA]], a game-breaker of a sword not meant for normal gameplay.

* HateSink: There's not a second where he appears not to be an asshole.
* HumiliationConga: Again. It starts when Goneril and Regan both turn on him, with Regan preventing Darkstar from interfering for a good while. Then Darkstar himself finds an opportunity to turn on him and helps his opponents rush through the endgame; at this point, he can't turn to Alysia or Freya because he [[LockedOutOfTheLoop kept them in the dark]] and they joined the opposing party anyway, and his only defense left is Draco who is put out of the picture himself in short order. Then Daystar (from outside the game) teleports Jesus-kun and Dragun in his private admin room, with Jesus-kun being on Daystar's account. Even though his admin tools allow him to dominate Dragun and Jesus-kun, nearly killing the former off in the process, his luck turns as Cordelia turns on him to help Jesus-kun protect Dragun, who later relogs in as Rockwald, complete with admin tools, which gives the two time to remove his admin powers from his own game and punish him in kind. When he logs out of the game, he awakes to the sight of the cops. He ends up thrown to court and executed for the variety of the crimes he has committed.

* KickTheDog: In copious amounts, mostly towards Darkstar and Cordelia.

* KillerGameMaster: His primary method of dealing with the parties to get him is to send his stat-capped unkillable minions at them.

* OrcusOnHisThrone: He sits back and watches as his subordinates do all his dirty work.

* DropTheHammer: Her hammer is two-handed, yet her Unique Skill ''Heavy Arms'' allows her to use a shield with it.

* TheLastOfTheseIsNotLikeTheOthers: Unlike other Sleeping Forest members, she ends up partying with the Order of Sol.

* ShoutOut:
** She was named after the Franchise/{{Pokemon}}, Mew.

* TheGreatPlayerVersusPlayerDebate: [[PlayerVersusPlayer PvP]] is unrestricted in the game, but PlayerKilling is frowned upon. Shisou tries his best to alleviate the issue. His dev-guild, the Sleeping Forest is one of the largest guilds in the game, to the point it's assumed its members are everywhere. Its members are required to only engage in [=PvP=] in Colosseums, after being attacked, or in agreed-to duels; and if a Sleeping Forest member witnesses griefing behaviour, the guild answers by sending squads of appropriately-named Punishers to [[PayEvilUntoEvil return the favor]].
