According to TheOtherWiki, they've recently branched into Jamaica and the Bahamas, but if you have a regional Nick Jr and Boomerang channel, you can probably forget about the channel ever coming into your area, nevermind that Nelvana had a fallout with Nick Jr due to them launching Creator/KidsCo and had their shows have not yet returned to Nick Jr even after KidsCo got ScrewedByTheNetwork (specifically, Creator/DHXMedia, whose acquisition of Creator/CookieJar and withrawal from the partnership caused the channel to lose two-thirds of their programming, and NBC-Universal, who was a major financial backer for the partnership).
